This spectacular newer vacation town home is located at Izaty’s Resort and Golf Club. It is situated facing Black Brook's Signature 14th tee with a backdrop of beautiful Lake Mille Lacs. This 18-hole Championship course is a challenge for even the most avid golfer. The resort is located on the south end of the lake, which is well-known for it’s Walleye, Muskie and Small Mouth Bass fishing.
Enjoy sunrises and moonrises as well as watch golfing right from the balcony, patio or screened-in porch! It is nicely appointed and has received rave reviews from past guests. Upstairs is a master suite w/queen bed, en-suite bath and a balcony for you to enjoy the sunrise in the morning and the stars at night. There are 2 other bedrooms upstairs - one with queen bed and one with a twin bed and bunk combo(full/twin). On the main level there is another bedroom with 2 twin beds. All linens are provided.
The unit also has games and videos for the whole family, one TV with a DVD player in the living room and three more TVs’ with VCR’s in the bedrooms. It also has free High Speed Internet service set up in the kitch/dining area. There is plenty of lawn to play yard games and relax outside and enjoy the view!
And...in addition to all the other great amenities this property has to offer, it includes a 24' boat slip for the days you want to get out on the lake and catch that big one!! There is a large marina with parking for boat trailers. The marina offers some rentals and a convience store. Jet skiis can be rented in the area.
There is a swimming pool and hot tub located at the club house which also is a great place to get a meal or just have drinks pool side. There are tennis and basketball courts, play area, and a game room with pool tables, etc.

We've always loved Lake Mille Lacs. You feel more like you're on the ocean than on a lake. The rocky shore and the waves lapping against the rocks.
It's ideal because it's so close to the Twin Cities, yet you feel so far away.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome
The view from our place is beautiful! You look over the lake and the 14th hole of the golf course. It's fun to watch the golfers from the patio or screened porch.
We have a boat slip with our unit so you can get out fishing or waterskiing for the day.

We live in the Twin Cities. We have 3 children and 4 grandchildren. Everyone is spread out, so this is our gathering place to have fun and just relax.

The place is beautiful, the view is amazing and everything just fell into place! We've been to many resorts and lake homes over the past several years and this by far has been the best! We can't wait to return!

We have stayed in numerous rental condos at Izaty's in the past and will never stay anywhere but here, again! VERY clean, super comfy beds and good location. The boat slip was a bonus! We really enjoyed the screen porch. There were 3 families with small children and everyone had plenty of room! Great communication from the owners prior to our arrival.

We have stayed in numerous condos at Izaty's in the past and this is by far our favorite! Can't wait to return next year! VERY clean, super comfy beds, and good location! We had 3 families with small children stay here and there was plenty of room for everyone! Kitchen was well equiped - even margarita glasses! The stereo system is IPod compatible. Board games and outside games were great! Loved the screen porch! Great communication from owners prior to arrival.

We just got back from here and we had a great time. The views were awesome and the owner was great to deal with. Hope to be able to return sometime soon!!!!!

Your decor, furniture,etc, made us feel right at home. Gold for the guys was great! Everyone had a room and no waiting for the bathroom!

Our families really enjoyed the leisure link, pool, driving range and fishing. The view of the lake is breath-taking and the the star-gazing at night was incredible!
