Beautiful older two-story house, one block from beach, with just a peak of Ocean. Built in 1948, the house was the long-time home of well known NW Restaurateur, Henry Thiele.
Complete kitchens up and down, this home is situated on a double lot, and surrounded by natural foliage. The house is perfect for playing checkers by the gas fireplace, beachcombing, or playing and enjoying top-name entertainment at the beautiful Chinook Winds Casino, which is only minutes away.
Climate is mild year round. There are an abundance of wonderful restaurants in Lincoln City, as well as an outlet mall for your shopping pleasure. Less than two hours from Portland.

$150/night(2 night minimum - Holiday weekends 3 nights.)+ 8% bed tax.
There is a $150 cleaning/security fee, half of which is refundable
after house is checked for excessive wear & tear.
A $200 deposit holds your reservation, with the balance due ten days
before arrival. Stay 6 nights, the 7th is free.
Winter Rates:$125. In effect 10/15 - 3/1, except for Holiday weekends.
1 night rent will be charged for less than 5 days cancellation notice,
unless we re-rent for your dates. THIS IS A NO SMOKING, NO PET HOUSE!
