Cassine Village Amenities Include 2 Pools, 2 Tennis Courts, Woods, a Pond and Nature Trails that Are Great for Walking.

The Beach is Only a 5-Minute Walk and One of the Pools is Right Across the Street. You Can Also Enjoy the Fresh Air on Any of Three Screened-in Porches. The House is Wired for Surround Sound
Including the Back Porch. We Have a Private Backyard that Borders Point Washington State Forest, and Plenty of Parking as We Are Situated on a Private Cul De Sac. We Are Located Close to the
Tennis Courts as Well.

We Have Several TVS, VCR, DVD, and We Have Cable. The Full Kitchen is Equipped with Stainless Steel Appliances, Coffee Maker, Blender, Anything You Might Need. We Also Have a Gas Grill Available for Your Use.

We Are Within Walking Distance of Many Local Shops and Restaurants, and Seaside is Just a Bike Ride Away. Seagrove Beach is a Great Vacation Spot for Everyone - Adults and Kids! The Beach is Gorgeous (Access is Just a Short Walk.) Aside from Walking on the Beach or Playing in the Pool, Seagrove Offers Lots of Activities Including Biking, Kayaking, Shopping, and Wonderful Local Restaurants.
