Our Five bedroom Chatham vacation home is located on a quiet side street, yet near town. The five large bedrooms are added to by a den with double pull-out and a basement/play area with 2nd pull-out making it perfect for family groups, weddings, or reunions.
We have 1 king bed, two queen beds, one double bed and four twins, plus the two double bed pull-outs.
The house was furnished in 2005 and includes all kitchen items, BBQ, lobster pots, linens, towels, beach chairs, kids toys, pack-n-play and anything you could imagine you needed! The outdoor shower is heaven and many great beaches are minutes away. The house provides babysitter lists, restaurant menus, and local guides.
Hardwood floors, fireplace, and dining area accent the home. The huge deck is our favorite place to whip up a fire and roast marshmallows. Use the Lake just across the road for canoeing or kayaking!
The partially finished basement features ping pong and kids TV watching station.
Our home is an ideal setting for families wishing to be together while celebrating weddings at The Wequassett Ocean Side Resort or many other nearby locations.

Thank you for a wonderful week of relaxation in a lovely home. The size was perfect for reconnecting with a large group of dear friends; we were all very comfortable in our rooms. The open kitchen/dining/living area made it possible for us to cook, eat and hang out together easily. We very much enjoyed the outdoor space as well, including the grill, deck, and the highlight for many of us, the outdoor shower! We hope to stay again in this welcoming house!
Recommended for:Sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Wow, what an amazing weekend we had. The house is so perfect and beautifully decorated and furnished with everything that you could possibly need. It just complimented the awesome wedding of my daughter at the Chatham Bars Inn. My children and their husbands, boyfriends, girlfriends traveled from NY, Boston and the Cayman Is. and truly had a wonderful time being all together in 1 home. We had a delicious brunch on Sunday, catered by the Casual Gourmet, we enjoyed the firepit every night with smores and games of Catch Phrase, lobster salad sandwiches on the night we arrived, there was nothing that could have outdone what we did! ( so busy we never got to a beach). And the weather, we waited all summer and had the perfect week. We left around noon on Monday, and the house looked like the day we arrived. I was able to do 3 loads of towels, left note for the cleaning people. Luckily the trash man pulled up and took everything. Now it's time to get back to the real world, kids going back to college, high school, work, honeymoon and me, I get a few days before I return to work to try to straighten my laundry and house out from all the unpacking.
