From TripAdvisor... We stayed here and rented two of the cottages (one for us and one for our parents). Cottages are clean (with fully equiped ktichens), and grounds with their gardens are absolutely beautiful. We had views of the ocean. Great location, very close to Mendicino and Ft. Bragg, as well as beautiful coastline. We will definitely return and highly recommend the Cottages.

From TripAdvisor... We stayed two nights last week at the Cottages of Little River Cove. I can't think of anything negative to say! We loved everything about the place. We stayed in one of the back cottages (Ignacio) and had lots of privacy. We wished we could have stayed longer. We explored up and down Highway 1 and visited Mendocino. Ate at Patterson's Pub for lunch one day and it was good. The people were friendly. We went into Fort Bragg and definitely would not stay there versus Little River. It seemed more commercial and industrial than Mendocino and Little River. It takes two minutes to drive to Mendocino. They have a small grocery and we stocked up on food/drinks there. We visited a few of the state parks. We ate in our room for dinner both nights. It was nice have a kitchen. No phone service, but internet available on laptop, which is how we communicated with family at home. Would definitely stay again.

From TripAdvisor... My wife and I wanted to celebrate our forty ninth wedding anniversary in a special way. We decided on a four day visit to Mendocino, CA, a lovely town that hasn’t changed all that much since its founding over a hundred and fifty years ago. Several people had recommended “The Cottages At Little River Cove”. We were not disappointed. The cottages are immaculate and exceedingly well equipped with a complete kitchen. The living room had a comfortable sofa and chair, HD television and a DVD player. Even binoculars were provided for whale watching, etc. from our front window. The bedroom and bathroom were very comfortable and well organized. Kelly and Alex, the innkeepers, were unbelievably accommodating, helping with restaurant reservations, telephone calls, etc. Before you arrive, they will fill your grocery list on request. Meals can be ordered and delivered to your cottage from a nearby restaurant. Altogether it was truly an unforgettable experience. We look forward to returning in the near future.

From TripAdvisor... I am a resident of the Mendocino Coast. My family decided to visit just after the 4th of July weekend and we chose the Cottages as the spot to stage our reunion. We were happy we did! The Cottages are perfectly located on a hill over looking the beautiful Pacific Ocean (although pulling into the driveway can pose issues, be careful of bottoming out in your car). Each of the three cottages we rented had excellent ocean views, beautiful kitchenettes and comfy cozy beds. One even had a hot tub on the back deck! We spent the evening BBQing on the patio overlooking the ocean and visiting with other guests. We then had dinner in one of the cottages, combing tables from two of the rooms to form a large table that sat 9 of us. There was plenty of room. The inn keepers were gracious and helpful throughout the stay. I will recommend the Cottages at Little River Cove to each and every person who visits us in the future.

From TripAdvisor... “My husband and I LOVED this place as did our beagle Dylan. Naturally, we selected the "Dillon" cottage for our stay! Everything was wonderful, warm and cozy. Spectacular view and beautiful well maintained grounds. Our cabin had everything! Fire place, flat screen TV, fully equipped kitchen, dining room table and chairs, large bathroom, (great shower!) and a very comfortable bed. The cottage is very clean despite the facility being dog friendly. This is now our home away from home! There is no better place to stay!!”
