This home was built in 2007 and is designer decorated with upscale furnishings from Thomasville, Macy's and American Signature furniture. Relax in the evenings while watching the 50 inch plasma TV with surround sound in the living room. View beautiful sunsets from the living room and pool area. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and is fully stocked. The rear of the home has 3 patio doors in the kitchen, living room and master bedroom that open onto the lanai and pool area with great views of the conservation area, pond and fountain.
The master bedroom features a King bed with a 19 inch flat screen TV, pillow-top mattresses, iPod docking station clock/radios, and private bath. The second master bedroom has a Queen bed with the same features as the other master bedroom.
Two bedrooms have twin beds, iPod docking station clock/radios, flat screen TVs and private bath.
The pool and lanai area are completely enclosed with a screen and has a table with 4 chairs, 3 lounge chairs and a spa/hot tub. Beach towels are supplied for the guests. The pool area also features a safety fence for children.
The game room features a pool table, foosball, Play Station II and board games.
We supply a high chair, crib and stroller should you need them.
This home is less than 2 miles from Disney's Magic Kingdom Main Gate, Wide World of Sports, and Epcot Center. It's less than 15 minute drive to Universal Studios and the waterparks. Shopping, restaurants, golf and other vacation fun are less than 1 mile away.

Hello Lois, Just thought I'd drop you a line to tell you what a wonderful holiday we had staying at your villa. We all agreed the villa was FAB - great location, beautiful decor, smashing pool and a view from the patio to die for. It's been a bit of a let down getting up this morning to a pile of washing and a foot long back lawn to mow! Oh well, I suppose at least its sunny today. After the initial hiccup with the door code, we did use the key throughout our stay - I kept trying to use the code, but I don't think anyone came to check it. The pool was much bigger than we expected and the pool toys kept the kids happy. We also took the boogie boards to Coco beach for the day and had great fun body surfing. We were also very impressed with the community pool facilities too - very relaxing after a day in the parks. You may need to contact Goldkey to get some new tips for the pool cues. Both tips are missing - my husband managed to make them usuable with a cotton wool pad and some sticky tape, but they won't last long! If you don't mind me suggesting this, but a welcome addition to the villa would be a small portable ice box to take some lunch to the community pool. I honestly think you have thought of everything else! Anyway, we had a fabulous time there and will certainly be recommending your place to any friends who are thinking of visiting Florida. We probably won't be back for a couple of years now, but I have your webpage saved on my favourites for our next visit! Many thanks again for a great holiday. Regards, HK and family xx P.S. Just wanted to drop a note to say how pleased we were with your home. It was more than we imagined and absolutely beautiful. We had 6 other families staying in the same resort and none of their homes compared to yours. We would definitely stay there again. Great location for all things we wanted to do and the games room came in very handy for the older kids in the evenings. Your property is located in a great location for families with kids, for golfers and for people who are generally looking for a great time in Kissimmie. Your facilities are great. Just loved the pool and jaccuzi. It was a home feeling while we visited your home. Great place for living full time! Also, a great place for families with kids who want to visit Disney! About the owner: My husband and I are originally from the Northeast (New Jersey & Boston) and currently live in Michigan. We love to travel and especially love Florida and the great weather that it offers
Why the Owner Chose Windsor Hills:
We love Disney and the Parks, so choosing this location was easy! We searched for the best facilities and found that Windsor Hills is less than 2 miles away from Disney and offers the best in resort living. Windsor Hills is a gated community with a beach style pool, water slide and clubhouse with a theatre, game room and exercise facility.
The homes are brand new and our home has a great layout with 4 bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. The lanai, pool and spa is my favorite place and I have been known to spend all day there. We get requests from visitors from all over the world for our home so we think we picked a great spot!
We selected our particular home because there is no home directly in front of or in back of it (unlike most homes) so it's in a quiet area within the community. Most importantly, we have a great view from three sliding glass doors in the rear of the home in the living room, kitchen and master bedroom that look out onto the lanai. The lanai overlooks a conservation area and a pond with a fountain that is lit at night. The rear of the home and the lanai faces West so you get all of the late morning, afternoon and evening sun with beautiful sunsets. What a view!
The Unique Benefits at this House:
We love this location because it's within a mile of great shopping, restaurants, and golfing in addition to being near to Disney. The discount shopping mall is about a 15 minute drive away and has top name brand stores. It's wonderful spending a day at Disney or shopping and then coming back to relax in your own lanai with a private pool and spa.
