Walk to the beach! The house is conveniently located between the marina and the ocean beaches. You can walk from the house to the beach on the sound side - e.g. to enjoy the sunset after dinner.
The house and garden is designed to invite you to relax. We have not spared any expense in creating and decorating the space. The patio and garden is an extension of the house and offers and completely private setting for basking in the sun. The house is situated on a hill top where it is always slightly warmer and less muggy than on the beach.
