We strive to keep our condo updated. 42 inch LCD hdtv in living room (August 2011), 32 inch LCD TV/DVD combo in one bedroom and 26 inch LCD tv in second bedroom with king. We also provide free WIFI internet for our guests.
Two beach chairs and umbrella have been reserved beachside for our guests beginning March 1st. This is a $125 per week value at no cost to our guests. March to October 15th only.

Best location on Panama City Beach. Tower 1, fifth floor overlooking tropical, 11,500 foot lagoon pool, white sandy beach, and Gulf of Mexico. Spacious unit, 1366 square feet, with glass the length of the living and dining areas. Two bedroom/two full bathrooms, with a garden tub in the master bath. King bed in one room, 2 full beds in the other bedroom, and a pull out sofa. Sleeps 6. Sit on the large private balcony and enjoy the beautiful views.
Edgewater is the premier destination on Panama City Beach. It is located in the heart of Miracle Strip. Many on-ground amenities including pools (two heated), hot tubs, nine hole par-three golf course, tennis, beauty salon, spa and exercise room. Also, enjoy Ocean's Restaurant and Lounge, by the lagoon pool, where they serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Edgie's market, located on the ground floor of Tower 1 serves Starbuck's coffee.
You are also located just 10 minutes from major shopping at the new and fabulous Pier Park. Many restaurants are nearby including: Angelo's Steakpit, Pinapple Willies, Schooners, Margaritaville, Tootsies Bar, and many others.

I am not sure where to start...... Everything about this condo is perfect. The view is AMAZING! Everything you could need to feel at home is provided.....the kitchen has everything you need to cook, there are beach toys and chairs, pool passes and enough towels for everyone. The decor is great and the condo itself is so spacious. Bruce is so easy to work with and responds timely and is very accomodating. We look forward to returning!

First things first, the owner of this unit is extremely easy to work with, returning emails and answering questions promptly, which is very important when you're coming from out of town and are not familiar with PCB. Our family of 5, two 17 year olds and a 15 year old, stayed in this condo the 2nd week of August and needless to say, when we arrived and looked through the windows that surround the entire front of the condo, we were all in awe over the view of the pool and the ocean right beyond. The condo itself is very well maintained (also has an excellent air conditioning unit by the way) and contains just about anything you would need for a comfortable stay, if it's not already there, you probably don't need it, including beach toys and floats for the kiddos (or big kids in our case). You will not be disappointed if you rent this condo for your vacation, I know we sure weren't! Thank you for sharing this wonderful place with us and if we plan on returning to PCB again for vacation, we will definitely contact you to rent again.

I rented this condo in 2010 for the week of July 4th. It was perfect. The condo has been updated. The view can't be beat. The fifth floor is a great location, and given that this condo is in the center of Tower I, you have a great view of the pool and the ocean. I even made a repair for the Owner to the towel rack in the guest bath, and he sent me money for the materials, although I never requested a reimbursement. I will rent this condo again in the future.
