Pescador Landing is a one story, 3 bedroom, 3 full bath vacation house is located on a beautiful canal in Rockport Texas, near Estes Flats and Redfish Bay fishing areas, and the towns of Rockport and Aransas Pass. There is plenty of parking for vehicles and boat trailers, no stairs to climb, and the house has a large concrete back porch with a fenced-in back yard.
Spend the afternoon relaxing on the "Shady Side of the Canal," with a good amount of shade from the hot afternoon sun. You can just cast your line in right off the back of the house to see what you may catch as we have reel in trout, red fish and flounder and boy is it fun!!!!
After a day of catching your limit, relax and enjoy this comfortable beautifully decorated 3 bedroom home with an air conditioned, closed-in back porch with 1 twin bed and full bath. The main house has central air conditioning and all bedrooms have ceiling fans.
The master bedroom has a queen-size bed and cable TV. The second bedroom has an extra comfy queen-size bed, and the third bedroom has two twin beds. In the living room, there is a couch, futon, and recliner chair. Bed linens, extra blankets, and pillows are all there for you.
We have a fully equipped kitchen or do some grilling outside on the Barbecue pit and eat at the picnic table while watching the pelicans, cranes, herons, and terns that visit the back yard.
You are just down the road from Rockport with the beach, art shows, festivals, and great Texas Coastal birding trails and wildlife refuges. It's also a short drive to the ferry that will take you to Port Aransas and the Mustang Island beach. There are also lots of tourist attractions in Corpus Christi.

My three buddies and I had a great weekend fishing for trout and redfish. Our boat put in at the near by marina, and we tied right up at the back of the house. Everything was nice and clean with plenty of room for everyone to sleep. The rental was easy, and we experienced no problems getting in or out. This house makes for a nice get away with family or friends, and the three bath rooms made getting ready very convenient. A good place for serious fishermen that also want to kick back at the end of the day. We enjoyed it tremendously!
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children.
