  Very nice property, walking distance to everything. A couple of minor issues taken care of right away. Would go back again.

  This cottage truly is adorable and worked well for the two of us. It's compact, light and bright, cleverly designed with everything you need, and cheerfully decorated. The upstairs bedroom has a comfortable queen bed, tub/shower with great water pressure, and a small balcony with a glimpse of the gulf, where we would relax with a glass of wine. The location is unbeatable--just across the street from the beach and next to the lovely town center. We had a rental car, but walked everywhere. The property manager met us at the cottage and welcomed us, and was very accommodating. We had a wonderful time in Seaside and will definitely be back!

  Our stay at Greenback cottage was perfect. The owners were a pleasure to work with and made the entire process easy from start to finish. Greenback is perfectly located, just off Rt 30, 2 blocks from the town center and a couple blocks from the pool. The cottage was clean, functional and the ideal spot for our little family, (1 baby and toddler). Next year we'll likely look at the larger Greenpeace house with the boys being that much bigger. A+ for Greenback.

  The cottage is very clean, cozy & nicely decorated. Everything we needed was there in the kitchen & Publix was very close to grab a few groceries for the fridge. The home is very well maintained and we have no complaints at all! We'd love to go back next Spring! It's located just a couple blocks from the center of the little town, so it was very easy to walk to the shops/restaurants & across the street to the beach. We packed very lightly and planned to launder our clothes since the cottage has a washer & dryer and it worked out well as there isn't a lot of space for excess luggage or clothes. Highly recommend this cottage & the owner (emailed with Lisa) is very kind & easy to communicate with!

  This was our first time renting through VRBO and we were a tad apprehensive. As it turned out, our fears were misplaced, as GreenBack Cottage was wonderful! It was tastefully decorated, very clean, and well maintained. The owner, Lisa, was extremely helpful and very nice. We loved Seaside and would most certainly recommend this cottage to a couple. We will be back!

  The cottage was perfect for my husband and I, plus our 8 month old. Great location close to beach, pool and restaurants/shopping. Our only complaint was our vacation was too short. Can't wait to go back!!

  My wife and I recently stayed here for our 10th anniversary and it was just perfect. This was our first stay in Seaside since our honeymoon in 2002. We loved the simple elegance of the small cottage and the close proximity to everywhere we wanted to be. I'm already plotting a way to get back here soon!

  We are a family of three, just returning home from this much needed vacation. It was our first visit to Seaside. We brought our bikes (which I highly recommend) and rarely had to use the car. This cottage is located within 100 yards of the beach. We arrived to the little cottage on Sat. Unpacked (follow the owner's advice and pack light). We linked to the Wifi with ease. Appliances all worked as did televisions, cable etc. We elected to scoot the bed over upstairs and put our daughter on a twin air mattress beside us. Seaside was a family oriented town. The restaurants were phenomenal. Everything is bike accessible. The beaches were beautiful. The shops were nice. I can't say enough. We highly recommend this cottage. Our thanks to the owners for making our first trip to Seaside so wonderful.

  We stayed over a long weekend and things could not have been better. Easy access to the property with parking right out front and more importantly easy access to all that Seaside has to offer. Everything is within a 5 minute or less walk.

  We just returned from a week at Greenback cottage. We had a great time and were very happy with our accommodations. It is a cozy space but worked perfectly for our small family (couple + baby). The cottage was very clean and well maintained. It is close to the beach and shops/restaurants...we loved the location! Lisa, the owner, was easy to get in touch with and called to check on us during our stay. The keyless entry was very convenient too. I definitely recommend this cottage and look forward to staying here again!
