Absolutely adorable 1BR/1.5BA Beach Cottage in the Heart of Seaside. Great view of the Gulf of Mexico and just steps to Seaside's town center. This charming cottage is a favorite with couples and small families.
Easy Beach access, only a few steps down path with white picket fence to the gulf front walkover. Home is beautifully furnished, flat screen TVs with built in DVD Players in living area and master bedroom which has a queen size bed and lovely ocean view. Downstairs has a loveseat that converts to a twin size bed, perfect if you need an extra sleeping area. Balcony off the master bedroom to enjoy the gulf view and breeze. Full Bath upstairs with tub/shower combination, and 1/2 bath down. Fully equipped kitchen. including washer/dryer. Bamboo Flooring throughout. Home also has a hot and cold outdoor shower. Reserved Parking on Property.
Restaurants, shopping, entertainment, biking, beach, pools, fitness center, and croquet courts are just some of the amenities, offered at Seaside.

We just returned from a week at Greenback cottage. We had a great time and were very happy with our accommodations. It is a cozy space but worked perfectly for our small family (couple + baby). The cottage was very clean and well maintained. It is close to the beach and shops/restaurants...we loved the location! Lisa, the owner, was easy to get in touch with and called to check on us during our stay. The keyless entry was very convenient too. I definitely recommend this cottage and look forward to staying here again!

We just returned from a week at Greenback. There are just not enough nice things to say about the cottage. It was delightful and just as it appeared in the pictures. It is literally steps from the beach and restaurants and could not be more convenient. The owners were great and made the rental experience easy. There lots and lots of places to rent in Seaside, but I don't know why I'd ever rent somewhere else. Simply ideal!

My husband & I celebrated our 15th wedding anniversary by staying 3 nights at Greenback Cottage. It could not have been a more perfect stay! Greenback has a perfect location...just right across from the west side beach pavillion. You are just a few steps away from the beach, downtown, or the swimming pool. We had never stayed in Seaside before and we will definitely come back to Greenback! Greenback is perfect for a couple or small family. We had a wonderful time in this quaint and cozy cottage. We also brought our bikes and loved riding the bike trail along 30-A...we rode all the way to Rosemary Beach and back. Lisa (the owner of Greenback) was super nice & helpful. Can't wait to come back!!!!

We had a great time vacationing this summer at Greenback Cottage. It was perfect for the three of us. It was comfortable, convenient and right in front of the beach and a short walk to Seaside Central. The property was clean and well maintained and had a well stocked kitchen and washer/dryer. The pictures on the website are accurate. Loved the flat screen TV's and recommend bringing some DVD's. The pool was a short walk. Very convenient to have a keyless entry - never had to worry about losing a key. Kept the code on my phone. Would recommend Frost Bites for sno cones and Heavenly for Ice Cream. Enjoyed YOLO (You only live once) Paddle Board on Eastern Lake which is a short drive from Seaside. Mini Golf in Destin and Hurricane Alley for Bowling.

This was my wife and my first time in Seaside. The Greenback Cottage was far beyond our expectations and we have plans booking this cottage again. It is steps away from the beach and the Seaside Ampitheatre. You cannot go wrong with this cottage.

We were very pleased with the house and enjoyed our stay. Greenback is extremely close to the beach(2nd house back from 30A),shopping and restauraunts. We took our wagon for the kids(2 1/2 yrs & 15 months) and walked everywhere. Our family had a great time and we hope to stay again. Lisa was great.
