This 1600 square-foot, two-bedroom two-bath home is available for one month or longer rentals. It's situated in Del Webb's Sun City Grand, a 55 or older community in Surprise, Arizona -- less than one mile from the rec center, 4 golf courses, and all the major shopping centers. We also have 3 other rentals. One just like this and 2 on the golf course. Ask for details.
It's just 5 minutes to Surprise stadium-Kansas City Royals and Texas Rangers. And it's 15 minutes to Peoria stadium-Seattle Mariners and San Diego Padres. Guests receive free access to the 2 spas and Owner golf rates of only $42 with the purchase of a $125 Rec Card per person. Golf Cart may be available for $200/month. (Optional)

This home is available for long-term rental if you are building a new home and need temporary accommodations. One person must be at least 55 years old to rent.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay tremendously. The house was spotless and very comfortable. The patio was large and very comfortable. Any questions that we had were quickly and efficiently handled by either the owner or his housesitter. I would definitely recommend this property to friends or relatives.
