Our house is a sunny, gorgeous, roomy, fully furnished cape cod home located two doors down to a small bay and a short stroll to Long Beach in Sag Harbor.

Each bedroom assures maximum privacy and is thoughtfully furnished with clean, contemporary style, with water views from some rooms, custom bleached pine hardwood floors, wainscotting, and beautiful detailing throughout. The hardwood floors are all recently refinished, and the house has been freshly painted and upgraded for summer.
The house has a den/office, fully equipped kitchen, DSL/Cable, new appliances, bleached pine floors, original art, and huge rooms to spare. There are front and back porches for those warm sunsets, family barbecues, and everything you could possibly need for the perfect summer vacation! Private chef available upon request.
