Costa Grande has both an adult and child's swimming pool.
The owners and visitors are from all over the world, with several local Panamanian families, much like the colorful town of Gorgona where it is located. This is not a tourist only community!
Our Casita has some wonderful local art, including a full wall mural featuring water and colorful birds.
Our unit has a larger living room, kitchen and terrazzo than the other available rentals in the complex. You will love cooking the fish you buy at the local fish co-op on the gas Bar-B-Que on the terrazzo.
We have taken great care to create adequate storage spaces in the furniture. We live in this unit 6 months each year, so it is equipped with everything one would need.
Each room has both a split A/C unit and a ceiling fan for complete comfort.

- The Gorgona fish co-op is a short walk down the beach. They have fresh, cheap fish almost every day, except Holidays. Our beach is great for fishing, boogie boarding and swimming. For more challenging surfing walk or drive up the beach about one mile to Malibu.

Year Purchased: 2006
We are a young retired couple (63), who have live in Seattle during the sunny months so that we can see our 5 grandchildren. We love to travel, and are currently planning a trip to Australia, NZ, and Hawaii. John swims a mile or so each day in the Ocean, when in Panama, and loves to play water polo. Jayne loves to walk on the beach.
Why the Owner Chose Gorgona
Panama has perfect weather and choices of climates, friendly people, good economics, an interesting culture, including an interesting international city, and is reasonably close to the US for family and friends to visit.
