desirable neighborhood. With over a dozen of Seattle´s finest restaurants within
a three-block radius, you will be able to enjoy all that Seattle has to offer by just
taking a few steps from your door.
If you are looking to explore some of Seattle's most famous attractions, this condo provides an unbeatable location. The condo is exactly between the Space Needle and the Pike's Place Market. It is an easy 0.5 mile walk to both locations. The condo is also located in the bus "ride free zone", so hopping a bus to your favorite downtown location is both free and easy!
This building was originally built in 1908, and in 1999 the interiors were
completely remodeled to provide forty-nine ultra-modern condos while still
preserving the historic charm of the brick exterior. This unit is on the top floor
with amazing views and wonderful privacy.

I love Seattle and greatly enjoy providing a place for people to call home while they explore the city. When I am not working with guests, I enjoy walking around this beautiful city with my dog or having lunch with friends. I live on a boat just 2 miles from the condo. My small dog and I love living on the water, and spending the occasional evening in the condo when the rain and the cold get to be a bit too much.
I moved to Seattle in 1999 from Oregon. I instantly fell in love with the city and can't ever imagine living anywhere else. I do love to travel and have many friends scattered across the US and Europe that I visit as often as I can. I also love to hop in the car and spend a weekend at the coast, the peninsula, or down in Oregon with my family.
Why the Owner Chose Belltown
I chose to buy this condo because it is in the ideal location, the building is historic and beautiful, and the condo has a great layout and sweeping views. I wanted to be able to provide a place that would add to the vacation experience of any guest, and this condo accomplished all of that and more!

The condo is centrally located, with in easy walking distance of most of Seattle's main attractions. The condo is just 2 blocks from the waterfront. The building has on-site, secured parking and easy elevator access to the garage, the lobby and the unit. The building is of historical importance, yet the interiors were remodeled in the 90's, so the building offers classic Seattle charm and all the amenities of modern living.

"I live locally, but needed easy access in the city for my family to visit! This condo was absolutely perfect! The owner was very nice, prompt in responses and refunding the deposit, and extremely accommodating. The location is amazing, with a beautiful view! And the highly coveted parking space meant my car was safe while my family and I were able to walk around the city! This condo was an amazing deal, especially when compared to hotels in the area! I highly recommend staying here! "

This is an email I received from Anne and Michael: Christy, Our stay in Seattle was wonderful, other than the snow and rain that is, which I understand was quite unexpected for this time of year. The condo was perfect, very clean and comfortable. Annie really liked the soft bed and warm comforter. Nice view also. The Bell Town Bistro downstairs had great food, as promised. We enjoyed the free bus zone, which stopped right outside the building, and used it daily to get around town. We will keep you on our list for future trips to Seattle. Thanks again, Annie and Michael
