An expansive wall of windows provide breathtaking views of the city and the
Space Needle. This condo is in the heart of Belltown, Seattle´s most vibrant and
desirable neighborhood. With over a dozen of Seattle´s finest restaurants within
a three-block radius, you will be able to enjoy all that Seattle has to offer by just
taking a few steps from your door.

This building was originally built in 1908, and in 1999 the interiors were
completely remodeled to provide forty-nine ultra-modern condos while still
preserving the historic charm of the brick exterior. This unit is on the top floor
with amazing views and wonderful privacy.
