We had a great vacation that all started with this condo, it was perfect for my wife and I travelling with our young son and sister-in-law. Perfect location with good access to everything we needed, definitely handy having the grocery store in the same building. Condo was nicely decorated, clean and spacious. Having the full kitchen and BBQ, as well as parking saved us money, while the pool (which our son used daily) made our visit more enjoyable. If we return to vancouver we will definitely rent this condo again.

Located 2 minutes from the subway and three minutes from the water taxi stop, the location was great. With no HVAC it may be a bit warm in August. Some street noise when the windows are open. Kitchen was well equipted and having Urban Fare, a high end grocer on the first level, was convenient beyond words. Walk to many of the city's best restaurants and clubs. Rooms were snug but adequate for two couples. Having glass walls on four sides makes it feel spacious. We will return next year

We stayed in this condo in the heart of Yaletown for a week with our 2 year old daughter and couldn't have been more pleased. This condo is less than a block from a metro stop and steps from the seawall. We both walked & biked to Stanley Park from here and were able to use public transit to go everywhere else in the city we wanted to go. We also borrowed the condo's bicycle so we only needed to rent one bike instead of two. The grocery store on the ground floor of the building is super convenient and we frequently visited the pool and fitness centre. If you're looking for a place to stay with a small child we highly recommend this condo.

Wonderful condo with all the practical amenities needed. We loved having the option of cooking in the modern kitchen or sitting out on the balcony with a drink. The neighborhood is quiet yet lively with people coming to/from the Seawall or local restaurants. Everything is within walking distance or if you don't have the energy or want to go father out the rail line is just a block away. Also very important to note is that Maria & Troy are very pleasant to work with (both before and after your visit).

I had a 9 night stay in this 2 bed 2 bath condo in Yaletown mid June 2011. Tho location of the condo was perfect, with the Sky train station only approx 100 yards away and an abundance of places to eat within easy walking distance. The Aqua Bus terminal for trips to Granville Island was 100 yards down the street towards False Creek. The condo was exactly as displayed in the photos on this website, and is every bit as comfortable and luxurious as described. It was spotlessly clean (thanks to their most efficient and friendly cleaner/keyholder), and spaceous. There were 4 of us there (2 couples), and we had lots of room. Troy and Maria (the owners) were fantastic to deal with, and gave us lots of info prior to arriving. Overall we had a fantastic holiday in a fantastic city, and stayed in fantastic accommodation. I would have no hesitation in recommending this condo to anyone looking for great accommodation an a prime location.

This condo is an excellent option if you want to stay in Yaletown. Can't beat the location.... steps from the Canada Line, making it easy to transport to and from the airport. And the seawall is RIGHT out the door. The condo itself is very spacious with pleasant views from its enormous windows. It's a comfortable space to be in short or long term. Having 2 parking spaces was fantastic and rare from our other experiences. We look forward to renting again.

Quiet, Good Location and Ammenities We would certainly rent this condo again. The condo is in a good location to enjoy Yaletown, walking along False Creek, biking to Granville Market and Stanley Park, taking the aquabus to Granville Market, and using the bus and trains to the suburbs, airport and downtown. The suite is quiet and is as described on this site. The complex has very nice amenities such as the fully-equipped gym and a lap pool. There is an exercise room in the middle of the lagoon which was excellent for a morning stretch routine looking out onto a beautiful garden. Troy and Maria were very good hosts. We enjoyed having Urban Fare attached to the complex as well as other stores and restaurants.

My husband and I stayed over two weeks at this condo and loved the experience. You could not ask for a better location, especially if you don't have a car. The transit station is a half block away, a taxi stand is on the corner and the aquabus is less than a block away. The opportunity for long beautiful walks is provided by the seawall. You can ride bikes along it as well. There is a grocery store in the same block as the condo with incredible selections. If that is not enough, you can hop on the aquabus and peruse the selections at Granville Island. There are many excellent restaurants in the neighborhood as well. We are planning to stay here again next summer for a month. After 18 days, we just did not want to leave.

This was our first time using VRBO and all I can say is that we had a wonderful experience staying at this condo in Yaletown. First, the condo was clean, just as described (no surprises), and location was unbeatable. We would walk downstairs and a block away was the marina where there was direct access to the jogging trail/bike trail along the seawall. Immediately adjacent to the building was a grocery store, which proved to be very convenient given that we had our 2 year old son with us. Not to mention, there were a ton of restaurants all within walking distance. The area itself was quite upscale, no shady people walking around, very safe. Having a garage parking spot was also nice since we could go in and out without wasting time looking for parking. All in all, I would highly recommend this condo to anyone visiting Vancouver for a weekend or several months.

Troy and Maria's Yaletown condo exceeded all of our expectations! We absolutely loved the building, condo and the location. It's so convenient to have the seawall right at your front door. We also loved how well equipped the unit is, they have thought of everything you could possibly need while you are on holiday. We loved the fact that there was two parking spots also. Troy and Maria are easy to communicate with, we would recommend them to all of our friends and we would happily rent the unit again.

What a great place to stay to enjoy Vancouver. Being so close to all forms of transport (Skytrain, trolley tour, seawall, and Aquabus) and the sights and sounds of Yaletown made it the perfect place to stay (and get stuck because of volcano ash!) with our son. Maria and Troy made it simple and a real pleasure to stay at their property. We would recommend it whole heartedly.

Very nice unit - well designed, nicely furnished, well maintained. Great location - very handy to nice grocery store / Yaletown restaurants and shops / transit station / walking, jogging, biking path along False Creek. Only downside is awkward access to pool / gym.

We loved this condo and all of the amenities that came with it. The layout of the condo was spacious and offered all the comforts of home. It was very easy to navigate our way around the building complex to the water front, stores, and restaurants. The third floor gardens and Koi pond were incredible to feel as though you were in a park surrounded by buildings. The pool, hot tub, and sauna were used frequently and was not too difficult to navigate how to get there. This condo was only minutes to downtown and the airport at the same time...great location. We would return to this awesome condo again when in the Vancouver area and would recommend it friends and family.

I had the pleasure of spending six months in this wonderful Vancouver condominium with its magnificent views! Everything was perfect. All the essential household amenities were provided. The layout of space is lovely and makes for easy living for a single or a family. Loved the underground parking and the convenience of a concierge. Of course, the location is one of the best possible in Vancouver with its proximity to Starbucks, bike rental shop, Urban Fare Market, the aqua bus to Granville Island and many excellent restaurants. The owners are delightful and always accessible to answer any questions. I would highly recommend this rental space. In fact, I wish I were there now!

Hello Maria and Troy, I wanted you to know we were thoroughly pleased with our stay at your condo. It is centrally located, very clean, well-appointed, and secure. It is literally steps away from the grocery store, Aqua bus dock, seawall, and bank, which made it so easy for us. The use of the condo. computer was invaluable. I'm sure we'll return to Vancouver and would love to stay at your condo. again. Thank you for hosting us. Gladys

Maria & Troy, Thank you. Hope we can stay in your condo this summer.

This is a wonderful condo with a great location! The condo sleeps 6 and is well appointed with linens, media equipment, and a cook's kitchen. The location is the best in Yaletown, across from the water taxis, above the Urban Fare grocery, around the corner from resturants and coffe houses, you can not beat it. We will be back and thanks for a great Vancouver stay.

My Mom and I enjoyed Troy & Maria's condo tremendously while vacationing in Vancouver. The condo itself has plenty of space and amenities that are all in new or great condition. It's in a great location with anything you need within walking distance and Troy and Maria provide detailed information and are very responsive throughout the whole process. We would definitely stay there again - thanks for a great experience!
