This elegant apartment features an entrance, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a cozy living room and a fully equipped kitchen. It is adorned by a brick-vaulted ceiling and its large windows give it a special brightness and a gorgeous view on St Peter's 'cupola'.

It is a very comfortable and inviting living space, also thanks to additional features like air conditioning, private heating system, satellite TV and high speed internet connection.

The street beneath, Via Cola di Rienzo, is one of the most important shopping and dining areas of Rome with very typical cafés and restaurants where you can take a break from your shopping and visits to the historical and artistic sites, and soak up the colorful Roman atmosphere.

Its location is ideal because it's very easy to reach by bus, underground and cable car/tram. A major Taxi station is only 50 metres/150 feet away.

The most important artistic, religious and historic sites are within walking distance: Castel Sant’Angelo, Piazza Navona, Campo de’ Fiori, Piazza di Spagna, Pantheon, Fontana di Trevi, as well as the Gianicolo or the Terrazza del Pincio with their breathtaking views of Rome.

  • We only stayed two nights at the end of two weeks in Tuscany, but what an enjoyable stay it was. Regina was the perfect hostess, very helpful. We arrived early, but it was OK to leave our luggage. On the day of departure we were able to leave our luggage in Regina's apartment whilst we went sightseeing. The apartment is very well appointed, high ceilings, air-con, and most importantly, very clean. Highly recommended.

This wonderful flat was a last minute rental for us and surely enough, initiated our very first time Italy tour on the right foot; Elena was very gracious as to the assurance on the rental via emails, always prompt; Regina & Fernando were welcoming with a great hospitality, advice and willingness to please; The location is so central, Vatican, shopping, Metro subway, bus, pleasant neighborhood; restaurants (recommendation of Regina were very good!) The apartment is nicely furnished, clean, comfortable to all 5 of us and spacious. All the amenities- as described; the extra little details provided by the hosts- wine, soft drinks, bread, jam, coffee & more added to the general feeling of how successful we were with this rental. Based on our good experience, we highly recommend this flat when you are in Rome.

  • I would highly recommend this beautiful apartment for your Roman holiday. It is located in a beautiful shopping district (it compares to Chicago's Oak St/Michigan Ave),a 5/10 minute walk from the Vatican. Regina and Fernando are adorable,super helpful and so sweet. Their restaurant recommendations were perfect as well.

  • Thank you Elena! We loved staying in your condo. Regina & Nando are the best! They are so helpful and welcoming. The location of the apartment is fantastic. We wouldn't change anything about it. It was also helpful that Elena confirmed a few days prior and asked if we needed a taxi. Regina arranged for a taxi for our trip to the airport. The neighborhood is safe and has lots of restaurants and shopping. Other helpful info - The condo has 2 bedrooms 1 1/2 bath. Washer&Dryer is not accessible for us. We would definitely stay here again.

  • Our family stayed in this wonderful Rome apartment in January 2009. Nando and Regina were incredibly warm and welcoming; Elena's help via email in advance was great too. The apartment is impeccably clean, blissfully quiet, comfortable and spacious. Loved the cute old lift and those high ceilings. The location is ideal; close to metro, buses, good market and supermarket. The beautiful boots and scarves I bought in the fabulous shopping street below will be another lasting reminder of our stay. Highly recommended.

  • Our family just returned from our European Holiday in Italy last week. We had such a wonderful experience staying in this flat in the Vaticano area of Rome that we definetly plan to go back and stay there again. The flat is beautifully furnished ~ everything is in a clean, modern style with a fantastic view of Michelangelo's San Pietro dome right outside the livingroom window! That alone is exciting. Access to everything you need is easy in this very stylish neighborhood and it's so close to the Vatican that you can make more than one visit there. This location makes it possible. The hosts are warm, charming, and lovely people who can advise and direct you to whatever you need during your stay. We had such a positive experience that we wish the same for everyone. You must stay here when you are in Rome. You won't be disappointed!
