Our condominium located at Kamaole Sands in sunny south Kihei has one of the superior garden/ocean views and is just steps from the Kamaole Beach III which is rated the top family beach in Hawaii by Sunset Magazine. This location is very protected from weather and averages only eight to ten inches of rain annually.
Kamaole Sands is for people who want an active lifestyle vacation. It is a tropical garden with 15 acres of cascading waterfalls and the scent of flowers in the air. The ocean is warm and the surf is gentle, creating a year-round water park that is perfect for families or for couples looking for a romantic retreat.
Ours is considered to be one of the nicest and best located/designed units at Kamaole Sands. The unique design affords 1288 square feet of living space on one floor. From both the livingroom/lanai and the master bedroom we enjoy a beautiful westerly view over the landscaped grounds and fountains across to the park and ocean which is about 200 steps away.

If there was a score higher then 5 it would apply to this condo. We were the first to enjoy the new reno's that were done. It is a very comfortable and relaxing atomosphere to have a really great vacation. The pool (with the Wed mia tia) and the grounds with the newly decorated BBQ areas were always comfortable to use and you could always meet very interesting people from around the world. We enjoyed our trip so much we were already planning our next trip back. Phil and Missy are wonderful people and we really enjoyed getting to know them better. Thank you for so many wonderful memories. Aloha.

We just came back from 2 weeks in this condo, and were delighted with it. The owners are friendly and helpful, the housekeeper is wonderful. The condo is well equiped and spacious, lovely grounds with barbeque pits and fountains. Beautiful view of the ocean and a great beach to snorkel, boogey-board, play! Our son was married in a near-by resort, and we hosted the entire family one time - had plenty of room! Maui is our favourite island, and our condo was truly great!

We were delighted with this spacious condo. Our family of 5 was very comfortable. The ocean view from the lanai is wonderful, and the grounds, pool and BBQ facilities are excellent. The condo is very well equipped with a closet full of excellent beach gear and the kitchen cupboards are full with everything you might need. The owners are very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Lastly, the beach across the street is fabulous for snorkelling, boggie boarding or just playing. Aloha.
