Our condominium located at Kamaole Sands in sunny south Kihei has one of the superior garden/ocean views and is just steps from the Kamaole Beach III which is rated the top family beach in Hawaii by Sunset Magazine. This location is very protected from weather and averages only eight to ten inches of rain annually.
Kamaole Sands is for people who want an active lifestyle vacation. It is a tropical garden with 15 acres of cascading waterfalls and the scent of flowers in the air. The ocean is warm and the surf is gentle, creating a year-round water park that is perfect for families or for couples looking for a romantic retreat.
Ours is considered to be one of the nicest and best located/designed units at Kamaole Sands. The unique design affords 1288 square feet of living space on one floor. From both the livingroom/lanai and the master bedroom we enjoy a beautiful westerly view over the landscaped grounds and fountains across to the park and ocean which is about 200 steps away.
December 01-April 30 $175-$220/night, plus Tax.
May 01-November 30 $155-$185/night, plus Tax.
Refundable Deposit required. No Refund if cancellation within 60 days of arrival.
Owners prefer stays of at least 10 nights
Stays longer than a month may be discounted.
