This property was perfect for our "Circle of Sisters" girl's family weekend. As the description so accurately states, this is a quiet, relaxing home. We enjoyed viewing the various species of birds and squirrels from the backyard wood deck and the sunny breakfast area. The back deck and outdoor furniture made a wonderful shady spot to enjoy a leisurely breakfast and a chance to catch up with "the girls". All the comforts of home were readily available in this beautiful, clean, comfortable property. There are two spacious dining areas and two living areas. In the evenings we all gathered around the large flat screen TV to watch our favorite HGTV shows. The fully equipped kitchen was perfect for a quick meal after our arrival Friday evening. After a very short drive, we enjoyed a leisurely Saturday afternoon at the Oklahoma Aquarium. The Oklahoma Aquarium has wonderful salt water and fresh water creature exhibits and features the largest bull shark exhibit in the nation. It is also the furthest inland exhibit. The shark tunnel was a favorite for us all. We also took advantage of several nearby shopping centers and malls. The property owner was extremely responsive when we accidentally locked ourselves out of the house. His parents live close by and had it unlocked by the time we returned from our shopping trip. We also had a question regarding our exit responsibilities and the owner quickly returned my email message. We are already thinking of things to do in Tulsa on our next visit. You can't go wrong with this property choice!

The was my family's second visit. This time we stayed over Christmas to visit my in-laws. Everything was fantastic as I mentioned in my review from our stay over the 4th of July. This time, there were added touches like the house being decorated for Christmas with a tree which was nice because we have children and were a bit bummed thinking they wouldn't have a Christmas tree to wake up to on Christmas morning. We once again used the fully equipped kitched to its fullest when the in-laws came over. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The wi-fi even allowed me to work from the house during my stay. The garage was great since it was cold and allowed me to pack and unpack the car out of the elements. It is a very comforable and spacious home.

Since most of our family lives in the Tulsa area, we longed for large enough accomodations (beside a hotel) that would allow us to be under one roof for a few days and did we ever hit the jackpot with this house! This home was the perfect place to share meals as the dining areas were spacious, the beds were so comfortable, closets were extra roomy, the computer room was a welcome surprise, large laundry, beautiful open windows in the breakfast that overlooked a spacious deck that was one of our favorite places to gather and visit from morning to night! Every detail was thought of, I promise and it was super clean! We will definitely return to enjoy this beautiful abode, it was the best!

We spent 4 days there while searching for housing for my husband. I we very impressed with the cleanliness of the home and also the decor. We enjoyed the back deck and our dog loved the doggie door so he could go in an out to the fenced yard as needed. We plan to visit often and will be staying again if dates work.

My wife, myself, and our 2 year old twins rented this house over 4th of July weekend. We had rented another home in Tulsa the year before and this was much better. First of all, the house is much bigger than it looks from the pictures The house is set up such that the Master Bedroom and the other two bedrooms are at opposite ends of the house. That worked out great for us with kids and we have baby monitors where we could keep an eye on them. The yard is MUCH better than in the pictures and in much better shape - in fact it was very tidy - we bought an inflatable pool and let the kids run around while we watched from the huge deck. The two car garage is great so you can load and unload in private and out of the heat or cold. The house was very clean, ceiling fans in every room expect for the master but a fan was provided there. There is an office type room with a supply of books and a separate TV and DVD player where kids can watch movies and lounge on the futon while the adults watch TV or chat in one of the two living areas. A mini stereo system with iPod docking station was available too and a nice touch. The big screen TV with HD channels and a DVD player was also nice. It was also nicely appointed with dishes, cups, a coffee maker, silverware, cooking utensils, and a grill out back. It's beat staying with family or friends and is a much better deal than a hotel. They even gave us a garage door opener to use during out stay. We had family and friends over and everyone commented on how nice the house was. We look forward to renting again. Thank you.

We stayed for a week at the end of May 2011. We came into town for my son's wedding and needed a place for a few out of town guests to stay. We loved the layout of the house. It was comfortable for several people to stay & not bother one another. It had 2 full baths that are not pictured. It has a lovely backyard & deck which we used to entertain the rehearsal dinner guests. Will stay there every time we come to visit & will suggest this place to anyone needing a place in Tulsa. The owners were very easy to work with. Questions? E-mail me.

Great find in Tulsa. Beautiful backyard with great deck to visit with family and pets. House was so clean & comfortable. Very comfortable home. Bedding is beautiful and so soft. Love how the house is updated but has kept the charm from the past. Everything was included except the dog (I brought those)! This is a perfect location to getting around the city and a great neighborhood with quiet neighbors. Lots of creature comforts. If you ever decide to sell this house - I would buy it. Thank you so much for allowing our family to stay in your home. We will be by to visit again!

Myself and two friends stayed at the house for the 2010 AKC Agility National Championships. The neighborhood was quiet, the house was clean, and the beds were really comfortable. The property owners were super easy to deal with and we REALLY enjoyed our stay! I would recommend this property and if I'm back in OK will definitely be trying to stay here again!

We LOVED the house. It was clean, updated, spread out enough for two couples, and had a GREAT backyard for the doggies. We could not have been happier with our choice and we are trying to plan another weekend to stay. I wish all of our vacation rentals had been this positive!

Our family rented this property as our son was getting married in Tulsa, and we decided we wanted more space than a motel room would give us. We were pleasantly surprised -- the house is spacious, clean, and had every amenity that we could possibly think of! The beds were super comfortable, made up with high quality linens. There is a large HD television, well-stocked kitchen, a beautiful backyard, and a garage to park our vehicle in. If staying in Tulsa again, we would definitely choose this home to stay in over a motel room -- it truly is a "home away from home".

A lovely place, well kept and well supplied for cooking. We thoroughly enjoyed Xmas here. I would only correct the previous comment about the walk-in shower. I wouldn't want anyone to think the home is accessible. It is not. The walk-in shower requires a step over a sill and has no grab-bars. The interior doors are too narrow to accommodate a wheelchair. Every entry requires at least two steps up. Don't rent this place as a handicapped accessible home.

We went to Tulsa on business and rented this home vs going to a hotel. It's beautifully appointed, has nice soft pillowtop beds, was clean and quiet with plenty of linens and pillows. There is a washer and dryer which was much appreciated. I would definitely stay here again. Also the back yard is peaceful and the deck is nice and peaceful. The ad doesn't list a huge walk in shower that works great for the disabled so I should mention that as well.

Our family stayed here for Thanksgiving and LOVED it. The owners have provided everything one might need. The beds are comfortable. There are plenty of linens and pillows. There is lots of seating for meals. The kitchen is well stocked. We liked having the huge flat screen TV. Centrally located near a wonderful park, and several malls and movie theaters. This is where we will stay whenever we go to Tulsa. We rate it A+++

We stayed in Tulsa over the Labor Day weekend and had a wonderful time. The house is beautiful, roomy, clean and in a great neighborhood. We felt completely safe. The home is close to the bank, a shopping mall, restaurants, a grocery store - anything you could want as well as a nice park. It was only a short drive to the zoo and to the aquarium. The owners were very helpful and responsive. If we ever go back to Tulsa, we will definately stay here again!
