We LOVE our home and you will too. Everything from the furnishings to the decorating are first class! When built in 2006, we upgraded most all builder options. Tile floors, stainless steel appliances, second and third floor decks. There is a gas grill, 6 tv's (4 are plasma/LCD), 3 DVD's, and wireless high-speed internet access.
BEST LOCATION FOR YOU! Our family loves the convenient access to the pool, tennis courts, and fitness center (right across the street, 30 second walk). There is a private beach on the bay right on the property. You can also arrange to go sailing, fishing, kayaking, and parasailing. ENJOY!
Bayside Resort is a beautiful location for couples and families alike. If you have kids, they will LOVE the playground, splash-zone by the pool, and authentic merry-go-round. You are less than 10 minutes to the beach (shuttle is available from the property), 10 minutes to O.C. MD, and there is a brand new Harris Teeter grocery store right outside the entrance to the Resort. For golfers, the Nicklaus Signature course is right on the property; and there are some of the finest courses in the Northeast within 30 min. The big plus is that it is a quiet community, away from the activity, yet you and your family are less than ten minutes to all the fun of Fenwick Island, and Ocean City, MD.. You will be very happy with your decision to stay at our home.

This is a great house. We had 2 families staying together and it was very comfortable for everyone. There is a lot of space, the kitchen is very nice and well equipped. The home was clean, well maintained and has very nice upgrades. The location to the pool and splash park is a bonus. We had a great time in Fenwick Island and OC. We would recommend this house for a great week at the beach.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Your townhouse is extremely comfortable and absolutely beautiful! We could not believe how clean it is. We loved the kitchen, too; very well-supplied. The front porch was our favorite place in the house though.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.
