A short walk to the Port Charlotte Beach and Boat Launch which has great sunsets, tennis courts, horseshoes, fishing pier, shuffleboard, basketball, and a play area for kids. The house is in the nine fingers area of Port Charlotte Harbor.(only one bay of the garage is included in the rental the other bay is reserved for the owners)
