Kitchen Creek is a "historic house" completely renovated with Heart Pine floors, a large porch, and easy access (2 steps). Both floors have ground access and parking.
House has five bedrooms (3 upper level bedrooms: 1 queen, 2 singles, 1 double AND 2 lower level bedrooms: 1 double & single, and bunk beds) and three full baths (2 upper level, 1 lower level).
Kitchen Creek is located two blocks from Lake Susan and three blocks from tennis courts. Located at trails extending into protected forest - 20,000 acres including Mt. Mitchell (highest point east of the Mississippi).
