Beautiful Crystal Lake one of the seven most desirable lakes in the state. We are in the middle of the lake of MOLLINEAUX BAY and DO NOT have the road side between our cottage and the Beach. Our cottage has been in the family since it was built in the late 40's. THe best lots were purchased at this time. With that said we have tried to maintain the early cabin living. We own five city lots and have over 100 ft on the lake front. THe vegetation is old growth thus shady and private. The bike path that goes to Elberta or Beulah is only a mile down the neighborhood road. Our beach is Shallow for over 400 feet out into the bay and is VERY safe for watching little ones. We have two beaches for which to enjoy as well as a large camp fire pit which is right off the lake. Boats can be rented right on crystal Lake and Jet skis can be launched right next to our cabin. Our road only has our two cottages and one other home which is on the other side so it is very private and lots of parking space. Should you have a dog and need to bring him contact me and we can see if we can work something out. I do have an inside crate and outside kennel. All beds are new and all bedding is garnet Hill or pottery barn. Great screened in porch for lake viewing.
We also own the log cabin behind this cottage and have listed it separately. VBRO Number 193610. GREAT to rent both properties where two families can have separate quarters. We do have a small 13 inch TV for the children with a video library. The Kitchen has a Stove , Oven Microwave, Toaster Oven & Brand NEW Fridge. We like the peace and quiet to get away from our computers, TVS, stereos. Library in town has computer access with seven computers available. Five minute ride up the road. Our third bedroom upstairs has a half wall that does overlook the living room and kitchen so children must be off sound mind should they sleep up there. My kids, 7, 8, 10 have been sleeping there for years with no problems. Three twin beds are in this space. Cell Phone reception works on the property mostly at end of dock. There are many wonderful things to do in this area. White sand beaches everywhere. Please contact us to inquire about this fabulous property.
