The unusual design is evocative of a “Manhattan loft” set in a historic 1869 carriage house. This surprise blending of original 1920 - 1940 deco furnishings and many antique elements creates a fun, casual ambiance. The open and airy large living space showcases an entire wall of frosted artist windows, thus flooding the house with natural light. Many of the antique pieces in the carriage house were reworked to provide one-of-a-kind creations, such as the rewired antique chandelier that was found in an old barn in a neighboring county that originally only housed candles. The dining table was fashioned out of an 1860’s base and a 1910 Georgia farm house table top.
