A great Savannah Vacation Rental!! The 1869 original Carriage House is free standing with its own private entrance off the lane plus the highly coveted garage parking. The unusual design is evocative of a “Manhattan loft” set in a historic 1869 carriage house. This surprise blending of original 1920 - 1940 deco furnishings and many antique elements creates a fun, casual ambiance. The open and airy large living space showcases an entire wall of frosted artist windows, thus flooding the house with natural light. Many of the antique pieces in the carriage house were reworked to provide one-of-a-kind creations, such as the rewired antique chandelier that was found in an old barn in a neighboring county that originally only housed candles. The dining table was fashioned out of an 1860’s base and a 1910 Georgia farm house table top.
Your window view of the courtyard and the sound of the fountain add a calming touch to the carriage house. Enjoy relaxing in the courtyard after a long day of sightseeing.

This carriage house apartment is in a great location and is just lovely. The courtyard is beautiful. The bathroom, tub and shower, were amazing. The decor was very tastefully done and the bedroom so cozy. It was a great place to come home to after walking around Savannah each day. Bonus: private garage! We would definitely use Luxury Living Savannah for future stays. Their other Savannah properties look equally as nice as this one was for us.

Recently stayed at this carriage house. Everything was perfect. The location is excellent-in the middle of everything. Much nicer than staying in the hotel-we had plenty of room to spread and felt like we got a taste of what it would be to truly live in the beautiful city.

My wife and I loved your house. I’ve rented places like yours before but they all lacked the details your carriage house has. First of all it was very clean and organized! It felt like home and the extra towels and little details like magazines and the internet and cable were the best. Also, I loved the fact your appliances are new (unlike the smelly old fridges other properties have). Anyway, we look forward to go back in the spring or summer and thank you for accommodating our stay with such short notice. Thanks again!

This carriage house is just fantastic. We had a terrific time in Savannah. The location is very convenient and the neighborhood very safe. It is a beautiful place, very well appointed with lots of attention to detail. The property owner was a pleasure to meet and do business with. Our stay couldn't have been better. I would give my highest recommendation to this property. 10+!

We spent a wonderful weekend in the carriage house behind the main home. The carriage house is extremely tasteful, and well done. Location and quality at a very reasonable price add up to a great value. Highly recommended!
