This house helped make our vacation very stress free and fun! The kids enjoyed the pool while the adults enjoyed the hot tub and waking up in a great house, instead of a small hotel/resort room. Every bedroom has it's own bathroom and shower. It was a quick drive to the parks and was relaxing grilling dinner by the pool after a long days in the park. If we go to Orlando again, we'll definitely contact John about his rentals. Would recommend to anyone! The Kirk's and Litterer's.

Our family vacation to the Disney World area was fabulous, even more so staying in your terrific home. My husband, son and I stayed with my sister, my cousin and her husband and two children. The bedrooms were big, yet cozy. The kids rooms with the TV's were great. The play area upstairs with the video games kept the big kids happy, too. The house had everything that we needed. The game room came in handy when our "day off from the park" turned into a rainy day to play games and watch movies! The pool and hot tub were great - the pool was the perfect prelude to our barbeque dinner, and the hot tub felt so good after a long day of walking through the parks. The washer and dryer came in handy; no one left to go home with a pile of laundry (and since we all drove down, it was a blessing). The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware, and we took full advantage by having pancakes nearly everyday that we were there. We had a wonderful vacation, and can't wait to visit Disney World (and stay at this great house) again!

I stayed at one of the owner's other properties previously. That was a great vacation. However, this place just takes it to another level. The place has EVERYTHING. Each bedroom is large and comfortable, with it's own bathroom. Minutes from the Disney parks, 15 minutes to Universal and Sea World. This place is so close to attractions, yet very tranquil when returning home. It is a gated community, with 10 PM being quiet time. Perfect for getting a good night's rest after being out at the Parks all day. Washer and dryer in the house - came home with clean luggage! Swimming pool, gas grill, game room (pool table and air hockey), card room, living room (with big screen), etc. I cannot imagine EVER going to Disney again, and not staying at this property. Thank you John! It was our pleasure to stay at your home. We will definitely be back.

From the minute my son-in-law stepped into your beautiful home his comment to me (since I was not here yet) was SHAZAM!!!!!! And that is the highest compliment he gives. Your home is not only comfortable and roomy but it is private when you need privacy. The pictures do not do your home justice! It is at least 100 times more beautiful. The pool is amazing and we can't stay out of it. If I had known about homes like yours I would NEVER have purchased time shares and wasted my money. All of our group feel like we are royality. We did contact service and they were not only punctual but so friendly. I would love to have had them back for dinner :). There was a mark that some other tennant had on your beautiful dining table and with a little work one of our gentlemen has it almost gone. Like I said when we spoke. . . we always leave a place better then when we came! Thank you again for your generosity in providing us your property. And I would love to keep in touch and possibly rent it again in the coming months/year. One a scale of 1-10 I would definitely rate this home a 100 and the contact that you have with your renters a 1000. Thanks again! May God continue to bless you and your beautiful home in Kissimmee!

Everything you need is here at this property. Perfect location- near WDW/Univeral Theme Parks, restaurants, churches, shopping/outlets, supermarkets, golf courses, winery, kid's adventures, etc... Quiet neighborhood. Well maintained, clean and plenty of room to spread out. All bedrooms/bathrooms large and tastefully decorated. Beautiful pool, grill and lounge area. Sit back and relax or find something you want to go and do. Easily accessible to and from major roadways. A fun time was had by all.

The home was amazing and perfect for our family gathering. We are from NW Florida Gulf Coast and have seasonal Florida Resident Passes to Disney (kids at heart). The location was perfect to spend the day or evening at the park and close enough to come home to take a dip in the pool or a quick nap. We definitely will be back in this year. Fantastic Vacation House

This vacation house is absolutely fantastic. It’s a large exquisite 6 bedroom house located in a beautiful gated community just 10 minutes from Disney. It has everything. All 6 bedrooms are large with their own TVs, there are 6 and a half baths, a well equipped game room, a pool table, a steam room, a private heated pool and hot tub, and a comfortable living room with a large TV and DVD player. There’s a beautiful kitchen and dining room for eating in and also countless great restaurants nearby for dining out. There’s also scores of places to shop in the area. This place is beautifully maintained and designed to make for a wonderful vacation experience. Definitely 5 stars out of 5!

We have stayed there for the last three years and will be returning again this year. The house is fantastic and when you compare it to staying at a hotel the savings are incredible. In addition to being located so close to Disney and the other theme parks; golfing, restaurants and grocery stores are close by as well. The owner does an excellent job at insuring everything is well-maintained and kept in top notch working order. The pictures on the website only provide a glimpse as to how wonderful this house is.

The house is one of the closest to Disney Property. 10 minutes at you will be parked at Animal Kingdom. There are lots of great restaurants and shopping in the area. The kitchen was well equipped, and all the bedrooms well appointed! The games room (in the garage), is the best one we have ever seen. Nice plush carpet, a big TV, couches, and games!
