Stayed With A Family of 4 For a Week - And The Perfect Place

I stayed at this property for a week with my wife and two young sons. The condo was perfect with very good amenities. I would also say that it is a little bigger than pictures/ description. The owner (Mark) was very easy to communicate with and very accommodating. Specifically, I asked about a high chair. Mark did not have one at his property, and he purchased a new one for the condo off of my request. I picked it up at Baby’s R Us on the way to the property. How much better of commitment to a piece of well-maintained property/ renters experience do you want? Highly recommended - in a quite location.
Owner response:Steve, thanks so much for taking the time to send a review of the property and and your stay. It was a pleasure having you rent from me. Hope to be able to serve you again. Best regards! Mark

This is a great townhouse in a gated community. I love to hike and Lone Mountain is right across the street. I walked there every day and hiked to the top. Also, Box Canyon and Red Rock park and all of its splendor and trails were abut 30 mins away. I went to a great French restaurant about 10-15 mins away (Chez Bacchaus or something like that) that was a FABULOUS meal with great service. I'd definitely stay here again!

My family and I just returned from Las Vegas not too long ago and I must say, we didn't want to leave. The house is PERFECT for a family with kids and it offered us everything and more. We went there with a Hawaii traveling baseball team. We wanted a place that was close to the parks and everything else. The shops and restaurants were not too far away. We also invited the baseball team over to have some lunch between the double header games, just to get out of the Vegas sun. The kids as well as the parents loved it and was grateful to have lunch in a home that was fit for everyone. The parents felt like they were doing an OPEN HOUSE and looked around, and wished that they could purchase a place like that. The STRIP is not too far, when you jump on the I-90 or I-215 off of Cheyenne. Gets you there QUICK! The pictures doesn't do the place justice, and it was set in a quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. The best and such a wonderful owner, and pleasant to work with. We are definitely going to be booking with him soon. We are planning on returning next year or maybe even sooner. This was by far, the best relaxing vacation we had in years. Thanks again Mark. Your the best!

My friend and I just came back from Vegas after spending May 20-27 at this home. The pictures do not do it justice. The home is beautiful, the surrounding area is beautiful and the pool was wonderful! We had a great time and would surely call Mark for another stay. Thank you so much for making our first VRBO experience a good one! Be well!

We needed a place for a short term job in the Summerlin area. Summerlin is a large area so worth researching your needs in Vegas. You will need a car for this location. It is a 25-35 minute drive to the strip depending on time of day. Big Bonus was rock climbing and hiking out the driveway along with a big baseball and recreational park around the corner. Not having Internet didn't help us but there was plenty of room and all the essentials. Grocery & coffee, smoothies, etc. less than a 5-min drive. Jacuzzi was hot but pool isn't heated. Nice to have a garage for your vehicle(s). Very friendly and a "willing-to-work-with-you-owner."
Owner response:Since this renter Internet has been added and the pool is not heated due to the hight temperatures during the summer in Las Vegas that greatly heat the pool to the mid-80's.
