  • My friend and I just came back from Vegas after spending May 20-27 at this home. The pictures do not do it justice. The home is beautiful, the surrounding area is beautiful and the pool was wonderful! We had a great time and would surely call Mark for another stay. Thank you so much for making our first VRBO experience a good one! Be well!

  • We needed a place for a short term job in the Summerlin area. Summerlin is a large area so worth researching your needs in Vegas. You will need a car for this location. It is a 25-35 minute drive to the strip depending on time of day. Big Bonus was rock climbing and hiking out the driveway along with a big baseball and recreational park around the corner. Not having Internet didn't help us but there was plenty of room and all the essentials. Grocery & coffee, smoothies, etc. less than a 5-min drive. Jacuzzi was hot but pool isn't heated. Nice to have a garage for your vehicle(s). Very friendly and a "willing-to-work-with-you-owner."

    Since this renter Internet has been added and the pool is not heated due to the hight temperatures during the summer in Las Vegas that greatly heat the pool to the mid-80's.
