This beautiful waterfront home is 20 minutes North of Clearwater Beach and only 90 minutes from Disney.
The home is located in a quiet residential community of Gulf Harbors in New Port Richey. The house is on a deep canal , with a dock which can accomodate a boat. You can also do your fishing directly from the dock, where there has been dolphin sightings.

There is a screened in Heated Pool. All linens, towels, beach towels, cooking utencils, iron, hairdryer, central air and heat and much more is provided. All furnishings are luxurious and like new. Sleeping accomodations-Masterbedroom, queensize bed, dresser and large closet (sleeps 2), Second bedroom-comes with 2 twin size beds with and additional pull out trundle (twin size), dresser and large closet (sleeps 3). Our formal living room has sliding glass doors that lookout to the pool and gulf, with stero/cd player. Where you can sit back and read a book or just relax. Family room has a futon sofa and futon chair both can be used for additional sleeping, cable TV/VCR. We also provide a range of magazines, books and games for the children.
Poolside you will find outdoor furniture for sunbathing and an addtional eating area. There is also a Gas Grill for those evening cookouts.

We provide a "FREE" beach pass, good for the entire length of stay to our private community beach (walking distance from the house), where again dolphin sighting have been seen. Beach comes fully equipped with cabanas, showers, barbecues, etc., or you can just come and enjoy our breathtaking SUNSETS. you will also find an executive golf course in our community.
