We stayed at Martha's cottage for a weekend at the beginning of October. The house was adorable and very conveniently located near the vinyards and McMinnville. This would be a perfect house for a romantic weekend getaway or a couples retreat. The wood stove is wonderful on a stormy night with a glass of wine and a good book. The yard is enormous and beautifully maintained. We found the firepit to be a very nice touch. During our stay one of the guests lost her engagement ring, we contacted Martha to see if she could notify the cleaning crew to keep a lookout. She went above and beyond and had the cleaning crew go back and sift through the house with a fine-toothed comb. We found the ring and put a very positive end to a fantastic weekend. The house is great but the service is Excellent. I would definately recommend staying at Martha's Cottage if you are looking for a place in this area. Overall it was a wonderful experience!

Stayed over Labor Day weekend. Located conveniently to where we were heading. Comfortable and nicely stocked kitchen. Watch out for 2 things. 1) We had no hot water during our stay. Circuit breaker was not tripped, could not figure out what else may have been the problem. Because it was holiday weekend were unable to get plumber in to address. 2) Loved sitting on the front porch area, but watch your step as paved area is raised and tight squeeze.
