This corner condo located on the second floor of the front building has a great view of the famous Destin white sand beach and emerald water.
In August, 2009, this condo was completely repainted. Nearly all of the furniture and decorations were replaced in August, 2009. Many previous updates occurred in the Fall of 2008 and Spring of 2009 including 3 new HDTVs with DVDs, Blue Ray player in living room, new sliding glass doors for the FR and the MBr leading to the balcony, and drapes in the MBr were installed. New Refridgerator, dishwasher, and Microwave were installed in 2011.
This 2 BR, 2 bath condo. The master bedroom is large with a king size bedroom. Just like the other 2 bedroom condos in this building, the guest bedroom is small and doesn't have a closet. It does have a queen size bed in it. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the family room. Beach service of 2 chairs and 1 umbrella is complimentary with this condo. This condo also has wireless internet access.
Maravilla is one of the most popular family complexes with a 2.5 acre beautiful beach, two pools (one heated), hot tub, poolside grills, and a fitness room. The community club house is available for larger gatherings and comes equipped with a kitchen and sitting area with a 48 inch big screen TV. Maravilla is conveniently located approximately 2.2 miles East of the Destin Bass Pro and 3 miles West of the Silver Sands Outlet Mall.

Why the Owner Chose Maravilla
We love Destin. Destin is only a short drive from our home and easy for us to get away with only a short notice. Maravilla has excellent restaurants, only a short walk in either direction. Destin has so many great golf courses, water park, minature golf, go-carts and many other family oriented fun things to do.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Our Condo has a spectacular panaramic view of the gulf from our balcony, living room and master bedroom. Maravilla has a fabulous private white sand beach, used by only other Maravilla owners and their guests. We offer free to our guests two beach chairs and an umbrella set up on the beach from mid-March thru October.
One of my favorite Destin places to eat. Try the garlic crusted grouper it's excellent. Enjoy a beachside view while you have lunch or dinner.
One of the best Hamburgers, grouper sandwiches, and my favorite spaghetti in Destin.
My favorite Destin course. It's a very forgiving course. Try it if you love golf.
Visit AJ's restaurant, with Destin Harbor located just behind AJ's with fishing boat rentals. dolphin watching trips, parasailing, and jet ski rental. Even shops to explore.
Four great golf courses, and the village of Baytown Warf, good restaurants and shopping.
Best Prime Rib Steak in Destin, not to mention it's my favorite place for any steak in Destin.
This is our favorite grocery store, and we think it's worth the extra drive. It's in the Sandestin retail shops just past Applebee's.

We bought this condo in 2008 because we both love the white sand of the gulf and wanted a place with a great gulf view, where we could take our pet with us. My wife loves the water and I love to play golf, so Destin is perfect for both of us. We are sure if you try Maravilla, for your vacation rental you will like it as much as we do.

We wanted to do something different over the holidays this year so we decided on a trip to Destin. It was our first time there, but won't be the last. We loved it and the condo was perfect. We all commented on how clean the condo was when we arrived. It was spotless! We chose this condo because it is pet friendly and we were bringing our two fur babies with us. The complex grounds are immaculate. I was impressed with how well everyone picks up after their pets. The view was amazing and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony, taking in the ocean view, and visiting with people who were walking by. We prepared a small Christmas dinner there and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. It was also nice to have the washer and dryer. We ate at a few of the local restaurants but our favorite was Harry T's in Harborwalk Village. It was a bit pricey but well worth it! The condo is a corner unit so you are located near the stairway and elevator. This made it very convenient to take the dogs out. We are looking forward to returning in warm weather so we can enjoy the pools. I can't say enough about how perfect the location was and how well-kept the condo and grounds were. I will be recommending this condo to friends and we will be back to stay in it again!

We just returned from our stay at this condo. It was really perfect. The condo was decorated so cute and beachy, we felt very much at home! The beds were comfy, linens were nice, everything was very clean, and the kitchen had everything you need to make a meal. Our view was amazing! Around supper time it is so nice to sit out on the balcony, and just people watch. People are grilling, swimming, zooming by on their rented scooters, alot of runners and people on bikes on the sidewalk all day. Maravilla is so nice! We loved the chair and umbrella service! We stayed out on the beach practically all day, and couldn't have done it with out that shade. The water was just beautiful, it was so clear, I could see my feet when I was in neck-deep water, we do not have beaches like this in NC! We were lucky to have a full moon during our trip, we walked on the beach at night and looked for the little crabs, and really didn't even need a flashlight, the sand practically glowed in the moonlight, it looked like snow! We did a Dolphin cruise with Olin Marler, held an alligator at Gator Beach, shopped a bit at Destin Commons, and basically were beach bums all week. My favorite place we ate all week was Sarah K's Gourmet. The crabcakes were amazing! I would come back to Destin just for those! Destin is great! It is worth the long drive for us, NC and SC beaches have nothing on this place! I would love to return to this condo, and in fact I would love to move to the area someday! It was very hard for us to leave this beautiful place, thanks for sharing your condo with us!

Our stay was the week of May 2st. The condo is beautiful. It is a corner condo and a full view of the Gulf. Everything is new and in good working condition. Everything you need is right there in the condo. A refreshing breeze constantly blows and the white sandy beaches makes you feel right at home. You have to eat at Kenny D's - best hamburgers around. Also try Pompano Joes and Joe's Crab Shack. Can't say enought good things about Destin and Miramar Beach. Can't wait to go back next year. The unit is pet friendly and there are placed to walk your dog in the front and back of the condo. All the condos in Maravilla are good but you need the ones in Building 2 which is Gulf Front.

Must say... I didn't know Destin was so incredible! The Maravilla is a beautiful property. The view from the balcony is gorgeous looking out across the gorgeous white sand to the beautiful Gulf! The unit was quite homey... very clean... the kitchen complete with everything you need. Maravilla is in walking distance of some really cool eating places... AND the great walking/running path was perfect for morning jogs to the coffee shops! We will certainly visit again!
