  This property is very conveniently located next to the beach at S.Padre Island. It is clean, well-maintained, and well arranged for a comfortable stay. It was perfect for our family because there was a crib and changing table already set up in the master bedroom. Also the back patio and pool were a nice amenity as we were able to enjoy some meals outdoors. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a good family stay.

  We spent Easter weekend at this delightful wonderfully furnished and well stocked Condo.The listing and the owners were very helpful in informing us as to the availability of the Condo's amenities. The property was very clean. I would encourage family and friends to rent this facility. We had 6 adults and a 10 month old baby. It was wonderful to have a crib and a changing table. The layout was great for visiting and relaxing.The beach is a short walk away. We also enjoyed the Birding Center close by.

  This beach house was wonderful!! Clean and spacious!! We had 7 adults, a 5 year old, and a toddler but we still fit comfortably. Just now getting to look over the pictures and remembering the great time we had at this unit. Towels were plentiful, washer and dryer a define bonus! The private pool was a big hit! The beach at the end of the block was perfect! Jet skiing, dolphin watching, deep sea fishing, turtle sanctuary, restaurants of all types, right down the road!! We can hardly wait to come back!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!

  I live in Harlingen, but I wanted to treat my family from Houston to a wonderful SPI weekend. I was a little concerned about the cost, but once I did a little price checking, it would have cost over $300 a night to stay a “cheap” motel (we had 6 adults and 1 preschooler and 2 infants) and we would had been without a kitchen. The quality of the beach house was great. It was clean and had plenty of towels. The A/C keep the bedroom nice and cool at night. The kitchen had new appliances and the outdoor grill worked great. The pool was sparkling clean as well. You can’t beat the location for the price. We were just a short walk to the beach and right next door to the movie theater. We WILL go back next October!

  The townhouse is beautiful and very comfortable. The patio and pool is amazing and perfect for any time of day or evening. The location is perfect.

  Thanks for a great time! This is a beautiful townhouse. Every thing was great, clean and close to the best spot on the beach. We are looking forward to coming back next year.
