PLEASE READ! Take advantage of our introductory prices while you can because they will be increased in 2010. We have intentionally started out our rates very low due to the fact that we are just now getting on VRBO due to major remodeling of our 1200 sq ft condo that was extended into the later part of our summer season.
We have added hardwood flooring throughout except for the bedrooms which are carpeted and the bathrooms which have been tiled. We have painted all walls and ceiling, replaced every appliance and furnishing in our suite! We have even bought new dishware, silverware, pots and pans, towels, linens, etc, etc etc... In all actuality, our suite is in mint condition and would be given an "A" rating if we were judged by a hotel committee. That brings up another good point which is Holiday Towers is a private Condominium hi rise so you will not run into hundreds of screaming people in a lobby downstairs (because there is no lobby, just a beautiful courtyard)!
Holiday Towers is a 14 story private hi rise located a short half block away from the Atlantic Ocean! Our suite is an end unit located on the 2nd floor and yet we still have an OCEAN VIEW from our balcony. In season, the 2nd Avenue Pier displays their fireworks show every Tuesday evening which can be seen from our balcony as well! Holiday Towers is close enough to the Family Kingdom Amusement Park so that you can walk the kids over if you like AND just 1 block away from an ocean front water park! The resort is less than 5 minutes from jet ski rentals, parasailing, piers, putt putt, par 3 golfing, helicopter tours, the old pavilion area (downtown Myrtle Beach)! You can also get to Broadway at the Beach, MB International Airport, and do some major shopping within 10 minutes!
Our suite comes fully furnished including a full supply of towels, linens, shampoos, soaps, detergents, etc... Just bring your additional spending money and a beach towel (and maybe some clothes) to have a great time!
