A large deck, heavenly hot tub, and open floorplan make this 3 bedroom, 2 bath home the perfect getaway for families and groups. Step out the French doors onto the expansive deck, which runs the entire length of the house and looks directly out over the Russian River. Here you'll find a propane barbeque, high-end patio furniture with umbrella, and three ergonomic recliners, all designed to provide you with the ultimate river viewing experience! Fontana River House has 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed and expansive river views, the other bedrooms have queens, and there is a sofabed in the living room, to accommodate a total of 8. There are two full bathrooms and plenty of space here. This home is located in Forestville, just minutes from Korbel Champagne Cellers, Healdsburg with its dozens of wineries, Armstrong Woods State Park in Guerneville, and the Pacific Coast. And there is a neighborhood beach just 1/2 a block from the house.
