Lake Nottely Lakefront property. Beautiful home completely renovated on the inside. Only the best was put into this renovation. Home overlooks the widest part of the lake and has a gentle slope down to the waters edge with a large covered dock with swimming platform and swimming ladder. Great mountain views look over the widest part of the lake and wide water views on deep water.
Home is located on a double lot with wonderful privacy and beautiful deck over looking the lake. Fire pit over looks the lake. Hot tub and outdoor ping pong table complete the offering. We have a pontoon boat that is available for you during your rental. Please just sign our release of liability form. Home features a living room, dining area, kitchen combination, queen bedroom and bedroom with two twins that share a bathroom on main level. There is a beautiful stone fireplace in the living room with a wide, expansive deck furnished with a table for 6, comfortable deck furniture and a grill. Two 42" Plasma TV's with High Definition. Satellite TV with numerous premium TV packages. East and West Coast feeds for network TV which is rarely available.
Downstairs at lake walk out level there is an additional family room area, King MBR with large walk in closet, and beautiful Master Bath. Another 1/2 bath as well and large laundry room.
Home is decorated well and comfortably with everything needed in the kitchen. Granite counter tops. We like to cook and provide everything you need to cook. All GE Profile stainless steel appliances. Although this property is new, we have other rentals with almost all renters being repeaters because of the amenities, complete kitchen equipment and fine furniture we put in our homes.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. Everything was either as-promised or exceeded our expectations (NFL Sunday Ticket!). The owners were extremely responsive. We strongly recommend this rental.

All I can say was this place was AWESOME!!! The place was VERY CLEAN and very well kept. The owners are very nice to do business with and is very quick at responding to emails. We enjoyed the boat and the deck overlooking the lake. We will definetly be going back. We have stayed at several rental homes over the last several years and I will say that I have never had so many channels to watch on the TV.

We had a wonderful weekend at this beautiful home on the lake! The house was nicely furnished and clean and had all the amenities. We especially loved the use of the pontoon boat and the hot tub. I would recommend this rental home to anyone and would most definitely stay here again.

One of the best vacations my family has taken. Very clean cabin with everything you could ask for and more. Great place for teens as they have the entire downstairs to have fun in without getting in the way of the adults. Jim and Lori are a lovely couple to do business with. We all had a truly great time. I hope to be back again. .

My family of four stayed here during Spring Break 2011 and had a marvelous time! The house was well-appointed and comfortable. The kitchen was outfitted with all new appliances and the TVs were large and worked well. My son and I played Ping Pong and we all enjoyed the hot tub. But, our favorite was the pontoon boat. We spent many hours boating around Lake Nottely. We had great weather except for one vicious storm, but the power remained working. It's a great house and I highly recommend it and Mike's Seafood - a terrific restaurant, but get there early! Thanks for the memories.

What a great lake house!!! We loved it---so relaxing. We enjoyed the boat, hot tub, ping pong table. But most of all, we loved the porch--did lots of reading and just catching up (3 generations). I highly recommend this beautiful home for a great vacation house.

We had an awesome time! This is our first vacation with a house on the lake. We loved it and the house had everything we wanted or needed. Hanging out on the deck and swimming was so cool and the pontoon boat was an added plus. We planned our vacation around the house and the boat. Just hanging out and relaxing on the lake. If you're looking for a vacation to get away from it all just relaxing and enjoying life, then this is the place. Nature at it's best lake, mountains, ducks, birds, lighting bugs. (We don't have lighting bugs here we live in Florida)
