  We've been renting vacation homes in GA and SC for more than 10 years and this is far and away the best appointed home we've ever rented. The kitchen had every appliance and tool any chef would need to make a great meal. The view to the lake was beautiful. The bedrooms were comfortable and plenty of room for our family of four. We brought our own boat and loved the fact we were able to moor it at a covered dock right at the home. There was even room to park the trailer and the hot tub was an extra bonus. The walk to the dock was a bit tricky as the lot had a good slope. The weather was a bit chilly and we couldn't get the heat just right - to warm the downstairs the upstairs was sweltering. Those were just minor inconveniences. We will definitely rent this home again!

  Our family of six had a fantastic time in this mountain cabin, which was spotlessly clean. I cannot express how much fun we had here, especially on the boat, with views of the mountains and all the fall foliage. The owners were great communicators and very accommodating. And the pictures do not do the cabin justice. There is so much space and the kitchen is gorgeous. We will definitely be back.

  This was really a perfect spot for our family get away. The description of the listing was spot on and the photos conveyed exactly what we found - a fantastic lake house that was clean and well maintained with numerous luxury features. This was not your average rental: beautiful woodwork, tiling, granite countertops, upscale appliances, and tasteful furniture including extremely comfortable beds. And then there was the pontoon boat, the hot tub, 3 flat screens with more channels than you would ever need, and the ping pong table. The lake was beautiful, too. The water was clean and clear and perfect for swimming and other recreation. We literally had the lake to ourselves during the week with the exception of a bald eagle and a few early fishermen. Dont know what we were thinking but we brought our 13 year old daugher and two of her friends and they all had a blast. The layout of the house made this situation bearable - the master suite and bath are downstairs with its own living room and easy access to the hot tub while upstairs the girls had two bedrooms, a bath and the living room with the big flat screen and easy access to the kitchen and deck. OK, the internet connection could have been faster... we probably shouldn't have been trying to do work anyway. All in all it was a great house and I'd recommend it to friends and family, Also, I'd recommend Dan's grill for some great Cuban food and the girls all scored nice gifts and stuff for themselves at Robynne's Nest.

  We spent four wonderful relaxing and memorable days at this near perfect lake house. It was everything that we were expecting and more. The photos do not do justice for how beautiful the view is. The owners were very kind and most helpful with all of our questions. The use of the pontoon boat was great and enjoyed by all. The biggest downfall was that the property down to the lake is a little steep, but it did not stop my 70 year old mom from going down to swim at least 2 times a day. We are already making plans for next year. Thanks again Jim and Lori

  Dear Lori, Very nice to meet you and your husband. The lake cabin was just great!! The kitchen well equipped. but for us returning to lake life it was just wonderful We enjoyed the pontoon boat,tubing and hanging out on the dock. Evenings we spent on the upper deck or in the hot tub. All of us had a super time. We plan to come again. Many thanks for your attention to detail and superb maintenance of your property.   The lake home was well above our expectations. Our family went for Father's Day and we could not have found any where better. It was only a little over an hour drive from our home and the view was amazing the lake and mountains were breathtaking. The water was so clean and clear we enjoyed swimming from the dock but our favorite was the pontoon boat we rode for hours we carried a tube that we pulled the kids around in which they loved. The kitchen was perfect. We enjoyed all of our meals from the deck looking out over the lake. The hot tube was perfect after a long day on the lake. The beds were very comfy. We met the owner Jim who was very friendly and accommodating. Our dog was welcome and he enjoyed the lake also. We can't wait to return, we will stay longer next time we only stayed 2 nights and really hated to leave. Absolutely no complaints this place is perfect. Great for families with children and dogs. Thank you Jim for sharing your home with us.

  This home is amazing. The furniture is very nice as well as the wonderful kitchen and baths. It is such a great place to relax with amenities galore. We enjoyed the lake and the very comfortable pontoon boat. If you want to kick back in style, this is the place. Thank you for sharing your home and we hope to be back soon.

  This Lake Nottely house is a wonderful spot to enjoy a scenic view, ride on the lake, relax on the deck, and rejuvenate in the hot tub, just to name a few of the pleasures to be found here. This is the third time that our family has stayed at the house, and once again we really enjoyed our visit. The house is beautifully decorated with many amenities. The kitchen is fantastic for cooking in, but you might also want to try the delicious seafood at Mike's in Blairsville or the excellent Italian fare at Enrico's in Young Harris. You can't go wrong with this house or the beautiful area surrounding it.

  One of the best vacations ever. Arrived to a very beautiful and clean home. The location was great and within a short drive to town if we needed anything. Everything was perfect. And the pontoon boat was great. We did not want to leave. Owners were very helpful if we needed anything. I would highly recommend this vacation rental to anyone.   We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. Everything was either as-promised or exceeded our expectations (NFL Sunday Ticket!). The owners were extremely responsive. We strongly recommend this rental.

Pontoon boat is available during your stay. It can be borrowed for the duration of your visit.

Fees:

• Cleaning: $75 + tax
• Pet Fee: $25 + tax
• Refundable Damage Deposit: $250
• Tax Rate 12%

Cancellation policy:

Once final payment is received, we will send you all of the information for check in and out. Our house is operated by electronic codes. We will supply these to you upon receipt of final payment.

100% refund if canceled at least 90 days before arrival date.
