Casa Fernyan occupies a sunny hillside position with clear views to the Mediterranean. Ideally situated for golfers, walkers, and bird watchers; gardeners too will enjoy this house with its lovely selection of Mediterranean plants. Just 15 minutes takes you to the cosmopolitan world of restaurants, marinas, and golf courses; or ten minutes to Casares village with its very Spanish life.

This is a very comfortable and well-furnished home. The dining area leads to a comfortable sitting room with a wood burning stove, satellite TV, videos and CD player. French doors give to the garden and pool. There are two shaded dining areas, a gas barbecue and a wide patio around the swimming pool (8m x 4m).

The master bedroom opens to the patio and pool. The two guest bedrooms (twin) have a private terrace with lovely views to the Mediterranean, Gibraltar and the Rif mountains of Morocco. An outside staircase leads down to the pool. Every bedroom has bathroom en-suite. There are beamed ceilings, white walls, and terra-cotta floors throughout the house.
