This Bonita Beach home has been decorated in a relaxed tropical style, and features a spacious great room with bay views, an office/den working space, and an airy light kitchen fully equipped for your every need. The Master Bedroom suite features a private bath and bay views with lots of light. The guest bedroom is decorated with twin beds in a tropical style with direct access to the bath. The Den features a home office area and direct access to the shared bath. There is a pull out sofa in the living room.
The first level features a garage, laundry room with a large workshop. There is an additional cabana bathroom & shower with outside access. A shady overhang with a sitting area and fish cleaning station and a large storage room. A two man ocean kayak and bikes provided for your enjoyment. A short drive to Fort Myers and Naples. Excellent restaurants nearby, from casual to upscale. We will entertain weekly, monthly or annual rentals.

Erholsamer Urlaub in Florida Wir (4-köpfige Familie mit 2 erwachsenen Kindern) haben unsere Woche Aufenthalt in diesem ruhig gelegenen Haus rundum genossen. Die Lage ist traumhaft; vom Balkon aus kann man wunderschöne Sonnenaufgänge über der Bay beobachten. Dank der sehr guten Ausstattung auch mit Sportgeräten wie Kanu, Angeln und 2 Fahrrädern in gutem Zustand und der Strandnähe mit herrlichen Sonnenuntergängen bleibt kein Wunsch offen. Auch die Betreuung durch die sehr netten Eigentümer war sehr herzlich und perfekt.

Our favourite Florida place Martin Amersham, Bucks, UK November 2010 This property is the nicest we have ever stayed in since we first started comnig to Florida, fourteen years ago. The views over the bay are stunning, we could sit out on the deck for hours and watch the birds, dolphins, and the occasional boat pass by. The house was spotlessly clean when we arrived and the decor well chosen. This house does not have the latest up to date swanky kitchen but it is well equipped, with everything you might need in the way of appliances, and we cooked several times, including Thanksgiving turkey!. We like to beach walk so found it ideal to walk less than 5 mins to beautiful beach on the Gulf side of the island. Docs Beach Hut, about 45 mins south is great for refreshments sitting under a palm tree. It was an awful wrench to leave and go back home to the cold cloudy UK. I strongly recommend the property. Thanks Ellen and Jim for your gracious hospitality, we certainly hope to stay again.

We loved the Beach-Bay House and the location. The nature, wildlife and the beach are just incredibily beautiful. We especially enjoyed watching the dolphins and manatees that swam in the bay in front of the house almost every day. The combination of the natural beauty of the peaceful bay and the white sand beaches with such specatular sunsets made it one of our most relaxing and enjoyable vacations ever. Vom Balkon aus haben wir die Begrüßung durch Delphine genossen, die Lage ist einmalig schön, nur 5 Minaten zum Strand am Golf von Mexico - Kein Öl!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!, aber Delphine und ein wunderbarer weiser Sand!! Das Haus ist von der Lage und Sauberkeit der Inneneinrichtung hervorragend und die Vermieter sind um das Wohl ihrer Gäste sehr bemüht. Buchen Sie und Sie werden es nicht bereuen!
