This is a beautiful, almost new, 3400 s f resort and entertainment single family home located in the (gated) Highlands at Desert Foothills Estates overlooking the Colorado River and Laughlin, Nevada. It is located on a short cul-de-sac only minutes from river, lake and casino destinations with secure indoor parking for a boat, PWCs and recreational vehicles up 34 feet in length. Each room has an attached outdoor covered patio with a spa off the master bedroom. A large, 400 s f open loft with room for a couple of air beds overlooks a large family room with fireplace. There is also a separate front living room with space for another large air bed. The kitchen includes plenty of cabinetry and pantry space for longer stays. The pool/spa, several outdoor covered patios and decks, and awesome views everywhere make this home a fantastic place to just sit around and relax, OR, join the party at Laughlin's's major casinos, or along the Colorado River and Lake Mohave.
