This home is a modified three story A frame located on a quiet one way street four blocks from Lake Tahoe. The main floor has a custom kitchen with granite countertops and white fir cabinets. Main floor also has a tiled eating area, living area is carpeted, with a leather sectional sofa with two recliners, a 32" tv and complete stereo system, a full bath with tub shower combo, and one bedroom with queen size bed and TV. Downstairs has the kitchenette, foosball table, full bath with six person redwood sauna, hot tub room with a 7 ft redwood hot tub, a laundry room and two bedrooms with queen beds and TV. Plug in or wifi internet access
Upstairs there are two bedrooms one room has a queen bed and a double, the other bedroom has a queen bed and two twins, there is a half bath located between the two bedrooms. There are two decks off the main floor, the front deck is 13' by 25' with full bench railing and picnic table. The rear deck is 7' by 25' with full bench railing and a Weber natural gas BBQ.
