This is a groundfloor and beachfront condo where you can sit on the patio overlooking the quiet beach and watch the sun rise out of the ocean.
I have seen whales from the patio. The beach out front is right there for the kids, and a pool is located directly out the front door. There is convenient 20 minute access to the airport. A quarter mile walk down the beach is Costa Azul, a surfing beach with board rental.
Fishing boat rental is within 5 -10 minutes for deep sea adventure. Cabo San Lucas partying is 20 minutes and you can return to the quiet of the condo. The location cannot be beat in any other hotel or condo.
