With the Newly remodeled and Expanded Peppermill Casino and the renovated & redecorated Atlantis Casino just 10 minutes from the property you can enjoy gaming, gambling, the sportsbook and their fabulous restaurants. Enjoy shopping at South Reno's Summit Sierra Mall less than 5 minutes from the house. A large movie theatre, restaurants, and stores of every variety for all members of the family will be happy. Reno's newest attraction is the Legands at Sparks Marina which is 15 minutes from the property and boasts Scheel's and many more stores & restaurants. Legends is close to the water slide park and the mini golf & bowling family fun center. Other downtown Reno Casinos are only 15 minutes away,15 ski resorts plus await less than an hour's drive away. - Our property is only 25 minutes from Lake Tahoe and only 15 minutes from the closest ski resort (Mt Rose). Less than 5 minutes to the Sierra Summit Mall, restaurants, & movie theatre and only 15 minutes to the heart of down town Reno.

With a background in working and managing flyfishing lodges, resorts, and restaurants these owners are hands on and detail oriented. We are travelers as well and are constantly finding new ways to make people feel at home in our homes by gathering research on our personal trips. Traveling is so much more enjoyable when you can relax and enjoy first class ammenities and convenience especially when you are paying a great rate for it!!

Reno, Nevada is the best place to live and to visit. Boasting a little city, Lake Tahoe, and all of the outdoor adventure that you could want makes this a great place to visit. Reno is also home to many events and a wide range of activities that attract people from all over the world.We learned about the vacation rental business through a friend in Lake Tahoe and decided to make our personal residence in to a vacation home. We enjoyed the business so much and received such great feedback that we now live in a condo downtown and rent our home as a vacation rental business full time.
