Imagine yourself in a spacious and luxurious 2 bedroom 2 bath Villa for less than the cost of a hotel suite. Need more room? This Villa can be expanded to create a spacious four bedroom villa. Affordable, spacious and luxurious, you don't have to compromise on your next family vacation.
Take in the ocean views available from ALL rooms and enjoy the dual balconies off of both bedrooms with clear open views to the ocean. Enjoy the outdoor living on the rare two lanai floor plan with increased lanai space. Seating for six is provided on the main lanai with seating for two more on the private second lanai off of the second bedroom. Either lanai is perfect for that first cup of morning coffee or for watching the going's on around the resort.
Ocean, Beach and Pool views abound from all rooms and both Master Bedroom's have floor to ceiling glass doors that lead onto their balconies. The Villa is also on the top floor of the stack in the very front increasing privacy while expanding views.

Grand Opening rates quoted, standard rate $5,600 per week and higher.
Located at the front of the Ocean Tower building with sweeping panorama ocean views. The Villa is on the top floor of the stack with views of Lagoon's One, Two & Three.

G.E. tax (11.962%)
One nights deposit plus tax upon signing rental contract.
The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to check-in.
Parking, Cable TV, Telephone, Wireless Internet, mid-stay cleaning and checkout cleaning are included in the rate. No pets and no smoking. Must be 25 years or older. |
