I RECEIVED THREATENING EMAILS FROM THE TENANT WHO WAS TRYING TO EXTORT MONEY FROM ME AND WHO AT THE SAME TIME HAD CAUSED CONSIDERABLE DAMAGE TO MY PROPERTY AND WAS TERRIBLY UPSET AT HAVING TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IT. VRBO WAS PRIVY TO THE EVIDENCE AND PROMISED THAT THE FALSE REVIEW WOULD NEVER BE POSTED ....BUT BECAUSE VRBO IS SEEKING TO INCREASE ITS MARKETABILITY AND SHARE PRICE THEY BELIEVE THAT TRANSPARENCY IN TERMS OF POSTING ALL REVIEWS.IS NECESSARY ...EVEN IF IT CAUSES HARM TO HARD WORKING INNOCENT PROPERTY OWNERS. OWNERS WHO HAVE BEEN UNFAIRLY TREATED ARE BANDING TOGETHER TO FIGHT THIS EGREGIOUS ACT AND A CLASS ACTION IS IN THE WORKS. THIS AD WILL BE POSTED TO OTHER POPULAR TRAVEL WEBSITES SOON THAT ARE NOT OWNED OR RUN BY EITHER VRBO OR HOME AWAY...AND ALWAYS TENANTS WILL BE GRANTED LETTERS OF REFERENCE FROM FORMER TENANTS UPON REQUEST.
