Casa Rendezvous
This is a beautifully finished and furnished 3 bedroom house, each bedroom with a king size bed and with it's own full bathroom. One room's bed consists of two full size beds that make a king size together or can be separated into two separate beds. The house was completed in 2004, and features marble counter tops and tile floors.
The house is in a circle of 7 houses, with a common pool in the center. The back patio of the house faces the Playacar golf course.
It is about a ten minute walk to the south end of 5th avenue, which is the main strip of Playa Del Carmen with all of the restaurants/bars/shops. The south end is also the location of the piers for the ferries to Cozumel.

Why the Owner Chose Playacar
We bought the house in Playacar because of several relatives who have property in the same area and our experience with vacations in the Playa del Carmen area. We love the local atmosphere and the local restaurants and businesses that we have gotten to know. The nearby sightseeing, scuba diving, snorkeling, golf, etc. provide the perfect amount of recreation to keep us active during our visits - a nice contrast to the lazy days that the beach and pools are perfect for.

The owners consist of two families from Alberta, one of which is related to the property developers. We bought this house because of the beautiful location and the fact that we love to spend us much time in Playa del Carmen as we can.
