The resort is located in a quiet cove on Table Rock Lake. Enjoy a quiet and tranquil setting on the lake. Restaurants and grocery stores are only a 5 minute drive away. Branson is a short drive away where you can enjoy water and amusement parks, live shows, shopping and more!
The kitchen is fully stocked with eating and cooking utensils, paper towels, dishwasher and dish soap, trash bags, coffee and other condiments, and a washer and dryer with laundry soap and dryer fabric softener. The dining area offers a table to seat 4. There is a gas grill on the deck. Please note: No Charcoal Grills are allowed at this condo unit.
The living room offers a couch (not a sleeper), love seat, flat screen TV, games, DVD collection, DVD player and VCR. A collection of magazines and books are available for your use.
The bathrooms are equipped with toilet paper, shampoo, baby shampoo, conditioner, bath and hand soap, hand cream, bath towels, hand towels, wash clothes and hair dryer.
The master bedroom offers a queen bed, dresser, closet, linens, TV and CD player. The master bathroom includes a double sink and a jetted tub. The second bedroom has 2 queen beds, dresser, linens and closet.
Wireless internet is available in the unit as well as the resort activity center. The unit is approximately 900 square feet and 31 steps down to access. There are no elevators at the resort.

My family of six stayed here in 2009, I recommend this to any military families who will be visiting the area. Very good owner and agent who manages the place. Close enough to the lake, out the balcony, and very close to areas of interest. Great place to stay.

Wonderful place. The description was exactly as stated. The owner is so helpful with all information. I would come back here in a heartbeat and plan to do so. Activities we chose to do were close. Stayed over Thanksgiving so didn't use pool. It was GREAT!

We just came back from Kim's Table Rock Lake condo. It was wonderful. The condo is very nice and well stocked. It was convenient to the Kimberling City Dock where we rented a pontoon boat for the day. Table Rock Lake is warm and BIG! Easy ride to Silver Dollar City and Branson Landing. The pools here are very clean and the main pool was large. Everyone so friendly here. Just loved it. We are a family with grandparents and 1 grandson. I would stay here again. Thanks so much KIM! We stayed at the property in August and we loved it!!! I guess its really about attitude, caz we did have noisy neighbours that liked to get up at 6 am, and u can hear their w/d and tv and everything but we just didn't care. We ran out of gaz but Kim send smone to refill it immediately. We had the best time of our lives. Thank u very much Kim!!!!

Our family goes to Branson every summer. This is the best condo we have stayed in. The descriptions are very accurate. The condo is stocked with well more than you could ever need, including shampoo, conditioner, soap, games, and tons of towels and bedding. Love the decor! The resort has a beach, very nice pools, the grounds are kept up, and this condo has a great location on the grounds. We prefer staying in Kimberling City and this is by far the best condo!

Me, my mother and 2 daughters stayed for 4 nights. We loved this Condo. All info listed is totally accurate. It took about 20 min to Silver Dollar City a little longer to get into the main area of Branson. The Activity Post is so much fun. We played putt putt, bingo, ping pong... all for no charge! The big pool that is with the resort is great and you get access to that as well. There is basketball and volleyball in the pool. They have all of the balls and many other toys. We never took a thing, not even towels as they are provided. Me and my mother decided this is were we will stay for all futher Branson trips!

The pictures and description represent the property exactly(including the number of steps to the condo door). The property was very clean and in working order. It does have seating for six now at the kitchen table instead of four which worked great for our family of five. It is great to find a condo with two bedrooms/two baths but THREE QUEEN beds. The owner provided excellent resources such as directions, map of the resort property and condo usage guidelines. We did not utilize the pool but it looked beautifully maintained. The parking area for boats and the launch area was very close to the condo. The location was perfect for our family. We spent two days renting a boat from "What's up Dock?" and a tube from the "Ski Shack" on Table Rock Lake at the Kimberling City Port. Both businesses provided great customer service. The new Harter House (just across the bridge in Kimberling City) grocery store was very conveniently located and stocked. We ventured into Branson several times for dining and shopping. We took about thirty minutes to get to the strip because of the high traffic out of Silver Dollar City(peak time). The time didn't hinder us from making nightly trips into Branson... even to the Branson Landing. Just be sure to utilize your blue, red and yellow routes around the 76 strip. Ideal location if most of your entertainment is on the west side of Branson. Thanks for a great stay!
