Welcome to our beautiful lake front home on the east side of Canandaigua Lake. This home is located on a quiet, private road near the north end of the lake. There is a detached two car garage, and a large rear yard for outdoor games and activities. Our home has all the modern conveniences you want, including central air, and laundry facilities.
On the first floor there is a bedroom with a queen bed and a full bathroom. The kitchen is completely updated and fully equipped. The laundry facilities are just off of the kitchen. From the kitchen area, you step down into a large, open great room that contains the living and dining areas. Hardwood floors, a gas fireplace, and a 36' flat screen TV make this a comfortable and inviting place to relax. Off of the living area is a large, enclosed porch that overlooks the lake. It is the perfect spot to sit and enjoy the incredible sunsets.
Upstairs is the stunning master bedroom.It has a cathedral ceiling and a wall of windows that open to a private balcony overlooking the lake. This is the perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee while taking in the incredible view. There are two other bedrooms upstairs. One has two twin beds, and the other has a full size bunk bed with a twin on top. These bedrooms share the third full bathroom.
There is a brick patio at the waterfront with chaise lounges and a table. The water in front of the house is shallow and gradually gets deeper. Our dock is the perfect spot to swim or fish from. Canandaigua Lake has so much to offer and is a wonderful choice for a relaxing vacation.

Perfect location for our 8 adults and 7 grandchildren family reunion. The location to many activities was ideal, yet it was a quiet setting watching the beautiful sunsets (after kids went to bed). The house was well-equipped with kitchen utensils and large table with many chairs. The water was great even for a 4 year old. The owner was very pleasant, cooperative and available for a quick phone call regarding the air conditioning when we arrived. The house was in mint clean condition and the outside grounds were well maintained and convenient parking for 4 cars. This house is absolutely renter friendly and accommodating. Thanks for the memories!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.
