BEAUTIFUL one bedroom apartment in PRIME UPPER WEST SIDE!! High ceilings, wood floors, lovely decorative fireplace, PIANO, large closets, full kitchen with dishwasher, top quality pillow top queen bed, full Jennifer convertible sofa bed in living room.

Very large windows so the air-conditioned apartment gets lots of sun. Clean and well maintained. All linens, kitchenware and basic necessities provided (hair dryer/toaster/salt/pepper/olive oil/paper towels/tissue etc.)

The apartment is located in a prewar brick on the sixth floor of an elevator building next to Central PARK. This PRIME UPPER WESTSIDE area is impeccable with shopping, bars, restaurants, theaters, drug stores, cafes, grocery, subway, buses, museums etc. all with in short walking distance.

There is wireless broadband internet and a large-screen flat panel television with high defintion programming and lots of stations.

There are numerous train (B, C and 1) and bus lines within two blocks. Upon booking, we will provide you with free orientation materials to help you plan your NYC trip, identifying fun things to see and do as well as help you navigate the City easily. This will include directions on getting to and from the local airports and instructions on how to drive in NYC without going insane or getting towed. We will also provide you complimentary copies of pertinent subway, bus and Central park maps. There are nearby public parking garages (average is $30 per day). Recession special: those guests who (1) book at least four nights AND (2) reference this offer when booking, will receive two free tickets (i.e. for two people on one night) to attend a NYC Comedy Club (two drink minimum not included).

For an additional charge, we can arrange for a driver to meet you and your luggage at the airport baggage claim area and bring you both in a Lincoln Town Car or stretch limousine to your front steps.
