Charming A-frame located in wooded residential neighborhood on an average size lot just minutes from the downtown square. The decor is casual and Woodsy. The master bedroom is upstairs in the wonderful open loft. It includes nice furnishings, cable TV, a newly remodeled bathroom and a queen size bed. The walls are a soothing honey color. The other 2 bedrooms and a newly remodeled bathroom are downstairs. The moose bedroom is sweet with it's sky blue walls, small antique dresser and mirror. The fish bedroom is more of a den. It has twin beds and a desk with the Internet connection. The bedroom configuration is perfect for 2 couples sharing the cabin. There is a couch and 2 chairs in the living room. The TV has a built in VCR/DVD player. The 70's style fireplace with a Duraflame log warms the living area on those cool evenings. Fluffy throws are throughout the cabin for the cooler weather. There is central heat and air conditioning. The kitchen is fully stocked including a dishwasher, refrigerator and ice maker. There are small appliances, dishes, pots and pans and even wine glasses. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate and popcorn are provided along with some not too exotic cooking spices. There is a generous size table in the dining area. The front deck has a lovely view of pine trees and boulders and the resident birds and squirrels. Off the back deck there is a natural gas BBQ. Previous guests have suggested this may not the best choice for those with small children or anyone with mobility issues due to the stairs, flooring and location of the hearth.
This is our home away from home so we are looking for guests that will appreciate a moderately priced property and be considerate of it. We prefer smaller groups. Because we can never be sure how pets are taken care of, we just can't allow them. Shedding is a problem and ticks or fleas could be a bigger one. Our goal is to maintain the property is such a way that it's nice for us and all our future guests.

Stays of 1-3 nights can be refunded 1/2 cleaning fee--stays of 4+ nights
could be refunded the entire fee. Leave the cabin in satisfortory condition
where just basic cleaning and laundry need to be done. We love refunding to great
