This recently remodeled two story home is located steps from the beach and four blocks from the Hermosa Beach Pier.

Shopping, restaurants, entertainment and services are all within walking distance! See Jay Leno at the Hermosa Comedy Club every Sunday night. Hundreds of restaurants and shops are just a short walk or drive away. Manhattan Beach is just 5 minutes. LAX is 15 minutes.

The home is tastefully decorated, neat and spotlessly clean. With plenty of windows you can enjoy the natural sunlight, evening breeze and fall asleep to the soothing ocean surf.

The kitchen and living room are open and bright with an open beam ceiling. The kitchen has a full refrigerator, stove and microwave. The living room is equipped with a 52" Hi Def LCD TV, DVD player and complete stereo system. All the televisions have access to over 150 channels of programming with premium channels such as Encore, Showtime, The Movie Channel, Sundance and 22 high definition channels.

The Master bedroom has a comfy queen size Temperpedic bed, hardwood floor, open ceiling and 46" Hi Def flat screen television. The Master bath has double sinks, tile and marble counter top and an enclosed Jacuzzi tub/shower. It also has a peek of Oceanview.

The second bedroom, located downstairs is bright and cheery. It has a queen size bed, hardwood floor and private bathroom with an oversized shower built for two. The room also includes a desk and computer with high speed internet access and a 26" Flat Screen TV.

The home also includes an indoor laundry room with full sized washer and dryer, a single car garage, propane bar-b-que, two bicycles, beach chairs and plenty of beach towels.
