This Place Is AWESOME!

The pictures really do not do this place justice...It is every bit as nice as shown and more! Everything was spotless and looked like new. This area is very close to all the area attractions, but far enough from them so you can still relax at this quiet community. The on-site amenities are terrific - the pool was the large and extremely clean, better than any other place where we have stayed while on vacation. Frank is always pleasant and easy to deal with. You can really tell that he takes a lot of pride in his place and taking care of his guests. We will definitely be back on future trips and may even return sooner than planned since we had such a wonderful place to stay!

Wow! Great Family Place

We just got back from our stay in Orlando. Frank's place was AMAZING! Very nice and CLEAN! It was a perfect size for our family of four. It is in a safe and perfect location very close to everything.(restaurants, disney, shopping, groceries,) It is amoungst all the action but set back enough that it is nice and quiet so you can relax after a busy day out. The condo has all you need for your stay to make your vaction very smooth and easy. The beds are very comfortable for getting a GOOD nights sleep! I would Highly recommend this place. Frank is very easy and Great to deal with even if you have a million questions to bother him with.(haha) WE WILL DEFINITELY GO BACK AGAIN!!!!

Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

The condo was perfect for our needs clean & comfortable in a convenient and relatively quiet location yet still close local amenities, the theme parks and i4 to travel further afield. As a family of five we usually have to squeeze into hotel rooms but this condo had more than enough space and sleeping options. The kids immediately felt at home and loved crashing out in the lounge and we enjoyed having another TV in the main bedroom. The pool & gym looked nice but unfortunately the unusually cooler weather kept us out of the pool. Frank was really helpful in organising the rental and communicating arrangements prior to our arrival.

Recommended for:Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We agree with the posts we reviewed. It was very nice and clean and close to the Disney World points of interests. The hot tub did not work during our stay and I never heard back from Frank when I inquired about this. Also, we were surprised to find that we needed to supply everything from trash bags, dish/dishwasher soap, handsoap, toilet paper, etc. I did not see anywhere on this site that none of the basics would be provided. We've rente via VRBO before and had those items provided...at least a day or two. We still thought a very good value.

Owner response:I Do apoligize for the hot tub. it was out of order for a couple weeks, but it is fixed now. We do supply all you need, except food. toilet paper and small botles of shampoo and small soaps are also supplyed. Thanks you for your stay. Owner

We have rented the condo from Frank and his family twice. We just visited last month to the new condo and we also impressed how beautifully both units are decorated. Both units are spotless and have everything there you will need. The pool is very clean and the location is very quiet and central to restaurants, shopping, and Disney. We have recommened this condo to many of of friends and won't hesitate to rent for our vacation next year. Frank is very easily accessible and renting the condo is very easy. We were very impressed with the condo and items included to get us by for the week. Our family had a wonderful, cozy time there and the kids loved the pool. The condo complex was not that big which was nice and not overcrowded! The condo is one exit from Disney. Commute time to parks was under 10 to 15 minutes even in heavy traffic. Great location just off 192 which has every restaurant, store, groceries, etc. Very convinient!! Great time!! Recommended for: For young and old, Families with teenagers or young children.

Frank has the place. We have stayed in the Kissimmee area o numerous times, but never found a place equal to this property. Ample room, awesome location; What you see in the photos is what you'll find when you arrive. We intend to stay here again and highly recommend this condo. Donnie

LOVELY PROPERTY. Found the condo to be very clean and spacious well decorated throughout and with everything you need for a confortable stay. You can walk to dinner and grocery store and if you are really lucky like my husbend and myself you may even see bobcats taking an early stroll back into the scrub at the back of the condo. Thanks for making our holiday this condo is fine if you are in a wheelchair as I was after breaking my foot plenty of room to move around.

Our stay was wonderfull. The pitcures don't do justice. It is immaculate and very well decorated. I did the numbers and it can easily sleep 8 people. Our kids had a ball in the pool and it was very close to the parks with lots of dining options nearby. We will definitely be staying here again!! Thanks
