  The condo is in a perfect location - close to everything! We spent our days at Discovery Cove, Sea World, Aquatica, Animal Kingdom and Universal, etc. and they are very close - within 5 to 15 minute drive to all. The condo is also close to lots of restaurants, shops, grocery stores, etc. We loaded up at the Super Target for groceries, etc. on day 1 and were able to eat most breakfasts and a few dinners in after long days at the parks, saving us a lot of money! The condo is very clean and well taken care of and has all the amenities you'll need. We even used the slow cooker for one of our dinners...it was great to come home from a long day at the park and have dinner waiting for us! The owner is very responsive to all questions, concerns, etc. I will recommend this condo to friends/family and will look to stay here again if we are back in the future!

  We had a wonderful time in this condo. It is very clean and exactly as advertised. Close to everything including interstate if you are going to other parks not in the disney area. We can't wait to come back. Thank you for your hospitality.

  This was my first experience using VRBO and I could not have been more pleased. The home was very comfortable and close to Disney attractions as well as shopping. I never spoke in person with the owner but did everything by email and always had a quick response to my emails. We will certainly look to use this same property on future visits.

  Appart from that the fryingpanns were wok shaped and that we didn't get all the lights to work, the condo was a roomy place for one family. It is very close to supermarket open until 10 pm, Dennys for greate breakfast is only 5min drive. It will be a lot of traffic at 192 around opening and closing time at the parks take Black lake road to Osciola parkway. Have lunch on animal kingdom lodge, free parking, leave the car and take the bus to Animal Kingdom and save $14.

  The condo has a lot of space and it is 10 to 15 minutes to disney. My kids enjoyed it and its an excellent place to rest and its really clean. And it makes us feel like were at home and next year we are going to the same place. The owner of the condo is nice and generous an his condo made us feel our home.

  Our stay was exceptional and started with an adventure on the Auto Train from Lorton, Virginia that took us and our vehicle to Sanford, Florida. The drive from the station to the condo was less than 40 minutes. We usually stay on Disney property, but decided to try something new this year. I am not sure that we would stay on Disney property again because we had more than enough room for our family of five. The photos truly reflect the rental unit, spatious and comfortable. The condo was extremely clean, absolutely beautiful and tastefully decorated. We would definitely stay here again when we visit Orlando. We spent five days at the Disney Parks and also went to Blizzard Beach twice. The condo is extremely close to the Disney Parks and very easy to get to off the interstate. The owner immediately answered any and all questions that we had for him regarding our stay. I would recommend staying at this condo unit to everyone.

  Review #5282498 Excellent choice Our 6 day stay in this very clean and spacious condo was well worth it. The furniture is of good quality and the beds are comfy. The kitchen provides you with all your basics to prepare your meals. The location is perfect for Disney goers and no more than 5 miles away from your favorite stores. My only issue was the tv was not working in the master bedroom. My wife and son enjoyed the jacuzzi. Although a voicemail I sent was not returned, communication was pretty good between the owner and I.

  This condo is so close to all the Orlando attractions. Very clean and the owner is so kind and willing to answer any questions. You will be so happy with the location. Close to lots of dining options. This condo is huge with lots of space and the washer and dryer are right in the unit.

  This is our 3rd year in a row coming to the same condo! We love it here, feels very homey and comfortable.Very clean and well maintained - description fits this condo to a T ! Our two kids love the pool and it's a bonus for us to be sooo close to Disney! It's literally a 4 minute drive down hwy #192. We can come back for afternoon naps and go back to Disney for the evening. We love walking to Cracker Barrel in the morning for breakfasts, tried the Ale House down the street - great prices and the Super Target which we did most of our groceries and Disney stuff for the kids. Frank was great to deal with. The internet wasn't working one night, called Frank, and he got on it right away. Within the hour it was back up and working, and he even called us back to make sure it was working. I would highly recommened this condo to friends and family! Thanks Frank, we will definitely come visit again!

  We went to Disney everyday so this location was perfect & also close to restaurants and grocery stores.. The condo was very clean but I coudn't find the the washcloths or extra towels but later foundations theey had been washed & I were in the dryer. The owner asks thay you leave the A/C set at 74 degrees. I'm cold natured so could comply with this most of the time but lowered it to 72 a couple times to cool off the front bedroom my sonfinancial was stayingin in. That room seemed to be hotter than the rest of the condo. These were not what I would consider issues, however. Overall, we were very pleased & would stay there again.

  Owner response: Thank you for your stay. At times the previous tenant leaves late, so as a result the cleaners leave the towels in the dryer, so they can dry and have it ready for the next tenant and get out before the tenant arrives. Thanks again
