The condo was beautiful and well taken care of. It was also very clean. The condo is also located in a very nice area with a grocery store and restaurants within walking distance. The location is perfect. It is about 10 minutes from Disney. We very much enjoyed our stay. Next time we go to Disney, we will be sure to stay here! Recommended for:Families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway, families with teenagers. Beautiful Condo with all the amenities! Laly MIAMI, FLORIDA Review Submitted March 20, 2012 Date of Stay March 14, 2012 We are back home after spending 3 nights at this Sun Lake condo in Kissimmee. The apartment is very comfortable and decorated with great taste, it has all the amenities to make you feel at home. The location is very convenient, near to all the parks and walking distance to many good restaurants and a big market place to the grocery shopping. The big kitchen was perfect to prepare our breakfast or our meals when we wanted to eat in, it is very well equiped, but you must be sure to buy also dishwasher detergent when doing your shopping. The unit is located in the second floor in the first building located at the entrance of the Sun Lake Condominium complex and has ample parking space. We had a great time and will certainly like to return again ! Family Vacation amanda Brantford, ontario Review Submitted April 28, 2011 Date of Stay April 9, 2011 Our family has just returned from Kissimmee for our 2nd time. We had an absolute amazing time. We enjoy our family time together weather its going to the disney parks which are abut a 10 minute drive or playing mini golf which is a five minute walk as well as a grocery store, returants wich are all good. The condo it self was very clean ad quit, the kids which are 9 and 7 enjoyed the pool and had fun meeting other kids from the complex. I will and have recommended these condos to other people. The perfect base for our first Orlando trip Review Submitted: December 29, 2010 Date of Stay: December 2010 A conveniently located condo on a quiet site with amenities in walking distance and Disney only a short drive away. The accomodation was furnished to an excellent standard with very comfy sofa's and beds, essential after a hard day at the theme parks or the malls. Plenty of room for a family of five - the pool looked lovely but unfortunately the weather was too cold during our stay. Lovely Property Review Submitted: July 16, 2010 Date of Stay: September 2009 Found the condo to be very clean and spacious well decorated throught and with everything you need for a confortable stay. You can walk to dinner and the grocery store. Thanks for making our holiday, this condo is fine even if you are in a wheelchair as I was after breaking my foot plenty of room to move around. More than I bargained for! Review Submitted: July 16, 2010 Date of Stay: April 2010 Our stay was Wonderfull the pcs. don't do justice. It is ammacculate and very well decorated. I did the numbers and it can easily sleep 8 people. Our kids had a ball in the pool and it was very close to the parks with lots of dining options nearby. We will definitely be staying here again!!

AWESOME DISNEY LOCATION! Daniela Canada Review Submitted May 22, 2011 Date of Stay February 12, 2011 Regardless of what you're doing in Kissimmee; this is the Condo to do it in. To begin with the owners are great people to deal with. It is spotless, EXTREMELY convenient regarding location...Animal Kingdom 3 mins, Magic Kingdom 5 mins, etc., grocery stores, fresh juice are across the street, restaurants are also very close by. Everything you need for a Disney vacation is right here. Who wants to stay in the overcrowded resorts anyway? This is like home. Thanks again Frank! Great Family Place Guest: michelle (canada) Date of Stay: January 3, 2011 Review Submitted: January 13, 2011 We just got back from our stay in Orlando. Frank's place was AMAZING! Very nice and CLEAN! It was a perfect size for our family of four. It is in a safe and perfect location very close to everything.(restaurants, disney, shopping, groceries,) It is amoungst all the action but set back enough that it is nice and quiet so you can relax after a busy day out. The condo has all you need for your stay to make your vaction very smooth and easy. The beds are very comfortable for getting a GOOD nights sleep! I would Highly recommend this place. Frank is very easy and Great to deal with even if you have a million questions to bother him with.(haha) WE WILL DEFINITELY GO BACK AGAIN!!!!
