The condo exceeded my expectations. It was beautiful, roomy and comfortable. The owners were very pleasant to deal with and responded to communications in a timely manner and provided all the information we needed to access the condo and instructions for getting in the gate and parking. The condo was beautiful. We had plenty of room and the view from the balcony was phenomenal. My favorite part of the trip was breakfast on the balcony and laying on the beach. We left our chairs and umbrellas on the beach during our lunch break. Definitely would recommend this unit. Favorite eating was McGuire's prime rib and of course Peg Leg Pete's. Hated to leave!

It was truly a "home away from home" for me and my husband while on vacation! The condo is clean and comfortable. It has an awesome view of the ocean! The owners were great to work with. I would definitely rent from them again!

We spent a week here in July with our two daughters and had a wonderful time. The condo is very clean with comfortable beds and furniture and a well stocked kitchen, not that we used it much with all the great restaurants available close by. A free trolley stop out front made sight-seeing and shopping a breeze. We loved the view and saw dolphins from the balcony in the morning! The beach is right across the street and was really uncrowded even in July. Try Peg Leg Pete's and Hemmingway's Grill, the Tom Thumb next door has some grocery items, beach toys, foam coolers, soda, beer, doughnuts :) and things of that nature, prices are good, even at midwest standards. This was our first vacation rental and the owners made process very easy. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this to friends! In fact, we already have. We would love to go back, I wish I was there now instead of writing this on my office computer.

Unit and building are in great shape. The unit was immaculate and well stocked. Nothing like waking up every morning to that view. The owners of the unit made the process very easy. I would recommend this unit to anyone without any reservations.

This condo was extremely clean and inviting. The decor was warm and made us feel at home. The area is perfect for families with children. The pool is very large and unique and was never crowded. Peg Leg Pete's has some of the best seafood I have ever eaten! We did, however, stay in and cook most meals. The kitchen was roomy and fully stocked with everything you need. The owners are nice and professional. Loved working with them. It was really a pleasure.

Wow! What a wonderful place to stay! We first stayed here back in the fall, and returned in January! This condo is great! It is completely furnished, lacks nothing. The decorations are absolutely gorgeous. The views are awesome! We love this area because it is away from all of the hustle and bustle. The pool and all of the amenities are great! Pegs Legs is a seafood restaurant next door that is a must! But, the fully stocked kitchen is great if you just want to stay in and cook your own meal. The balcony is so relaxing! I must say that I am obsessed with cleanliness......this condo will meet all of your expectations if that is a concern for you! Bruce and Ellie are absolutely incredible to work with! Words cannot explain just how accommodating they have been for us! They have gone out of their way to make sure that our stay met all of our expectations! It is so wonderful to be able to go to a place for vacation and know that you can relax and have an unregretable experience! I highly recommend this unit for anyone! We will be returning several times this year! Enjoy!

Thank you Ellie & Bruce for sharing your very special place with us! As soon as we walked in we thought "Ahhhhh, we're going to enjoy it here!" Our first impression was how finely decorated it was and then we opened all the sliding glass doors and heard the ocean. What a wonderful sound! We had everything we could have hoped for - you really thought of all the details. We enjoyed Peg Leg's, the Fish House and of course, the fish market. Cooking in a couple of times was a joy! Thank you again, we hope to return.

Bruce and Ellie, thank you for making your beautiful home available. The pictures truly do not do it justice. You have thought of EVERYTHING to make a wonderful stress-free vacation. The proximity to the beautiful beach and the wonderful pool are huge pluses for my family. Your home is noted to be 'handicap accessible' I just wish there were some way to put bells and stars on it. My mom doesn't get around very well and everything is so convenient! The parking is near the entrance and elevators and the unit is just around the corner from the elevator. The wonderful walk-in showers with seating inside made bathing a snap. Who knew convenience and accessability could look so great?! Peg Leg Pete's and Flounders were also "Nana-friendly." Our family had a wonderful time in Pensacola in July. The condo had everything that we could ask for. It was very comfortable and clean. The beach was beautiful and not very crowded at all. We ate at several restaurants in the area, our favorite was Peg Leg Pete's. We recommend this condo and would love to stay there again. The Campbells

The condo was very comfortable, clean, and we felt like it was home away from home. The HUGE couch was nice because there were no fights for a spot. The owners were very helpful with any questions or problems that we had, and they would follow up with phone calls to be sure everything was ok. It was by far one of the easiest check-in/ check-out processes we've had throughout the 7 years we've been visiting this wonderful destination. I would recommend this condo to others and hope we can stay here again in the future.

We stayed in this beautiful condo in April and it was just gorgeous! Very luxurious, the pictures don't do it justice! Very roomy, clean and ellegant!! Ocean view from every room. We absolutely loved it and can't wait to go back. It's just a few steps to the beach and beach is not very crowded in that area.

We wish we would have stayed longer. The condo was beautiful, the pool was great, and the beach was perfect! We have two small children so it was great not being on a crowded beach. The kids could do whatever they wanted on the beach and we didn't have to worry about bothering anybody. We lunched out on the balcony each day with a view; we went to the fish market and made a wonderful meal and "Flounders" restaurant has the perfect area for little kids to run around while parents enjoy their meal. We would definitely return. Thank you Bruce and Ellie!

Spent a wonderful week at this beautiful condo. Having lived in the area; we picked this unit based on it's prime location next to an uncrowded beach and one of the best restaurants in the area. We were not disappointed. The Condo is nicely decorated and boasts a fabulous unobstructed view of the Gulf. The owners even called us on our arrival date to see if everything was OK. Nice touch. Highly recommend this as a vacation venue.

We were so happy when we opened the front door and walked in. The view is fantastic. This condo is beautifully decorated, very spacious and really felt like home. We really enjoyed our stay in their home. It was a perfect location on the beach. Close enough near things but not in the middle of traffic. Walk to Peg Leg Petes for a great meal. The view of the beach has nothing in its way. The breeze was great. The home was clean and well maintained. Slept like a baby. Ellie and Bruce, the owners were so nice and easy to work with. I feel I've known them for years and this was the first time we spoke with each other. I would highly reccomend their home. We look forward to returning.
