Patty and I have been coming to the Florida Panhandle since high school days in the 1960's...we discovered Seaside in the 1980's and built our home with guest rental cottage in 1996....our family has loved coming here over the years and now our grandchildren sell lemonade on the back of the golf cart each summer...what a 5-star place....Charlie and Patty Renfroe
